They're amazing with kids and their service is definitively one of the best I've experienced. In my short experience with kids, they tend to be anxious when visiting dental offices. It was amazing to see how ours lit up in excitement to visit this office. They do a great job keeping the kids either engaged with their bedside manner or focused elsewhere with some sort of kid's programming while they're in the chair. The children actually enjoyed their teeth cleaning. Dr. Johnson and every member of the staff were some of the best I've had experienced. They did a great job answering any questions we had and actually took the time to explain and give estimates on when new teeth would be coming in or what they saw in x-rays. I was so glad that the team here took the time to go over details in x-rays and at no time did it feel like we were being rushed or inconveniencing them with questions. The facilities were very clean and bright/welcoming. Kids obviously enjoyed the coin they received at the end for the toy vending machines they had in the office. Our children were excited and recognized the office and Dr. Johnson from their visits at their local elementary school. They were very professional with their COVID precautions and even came out of the office to check our temperatures. Easily the best experiences we've had with a Pediatric Dentistry.

My family started going here since 2018 when they were at the smaller location. After their move, they definitely push for more service to be done and on top of that, I've caught them not being truly honest. I was told that my insurance was "accepted" before going in when what I really needed to know was if my insurance was "in network" so thinking that I was in network I took my daughter in for her cleaning. After my daughter was called back and sitting in the chair in the pediatrician side, the lady came to tell me I would owe them $260 for the cleaning since I'm out of network with them. This caught me off guard, but with my daughter already sitting ready for the cleaning I decided to go with it anyway. It's upsetting that they used this technique to trap you in. Make sure you ask if you're "in network" or check with your insurance yourself first before heading out to them. Also I would recommend a second opinion outside of them before doing any major procedures or better yet, just go elsewhere. I was told my daughter had 3 cavities to fill, but when I took her into a different office I was told she only had one cavity. They also had us do a free orthodontists consultation in which they pushed for us to get started on for my daughter who was 11 at the time but when I took her to another trusted orthodontist, he suggested for me to wait at least another 2 years. Be weary, ask the right questions or just go elsewhere to save time and money.

The person answering the phone was extremely hostile and told us we need to reschedule and pay $75 fee. We are externally shocked and very sad by the hostile behavior of the clinic. Our son is 2 years old and he took a nap right before and he would be crying so much if he e woke him up early. I thought it was for the best of us and the doctor. When I tried to call again the clinic they won't answer the phone. We really don't understand why the doctor is being so mean to us during this Holiday season. :(

This office is the most professional and patient-care oriented dentists office I have ever been to…read more From the moment you come in the door until you leave the staff make it a seamless and easy experience. Check in has always been pleasant and easy for me. There is one woman who has been there for hers and even remembers the first time I came to the dentists office even all these years later. To be honest, it is somewhat memorable. My daughter slipped and bashed her teeth against the side of the tub and broke the top four front teeth in her mouth. At the time I was completely freaked out. They were completely understanding with me and got her in right away and they put her in a private room to pull her teeth and made it fast and as painless as possible. Dr. Ta told me it was because she was still nursing and it was from milk rot on the teeth-- it weakened them. But the way he talked to me and set both my daughter and I at ease-- after that I took all my kids in to see him. My eldest son has mouth crowding. He recommended we work with an orthodontist to determine the course of action to get the teeth to come in the best way possible and make a dental plan. He helped refer me to a good one in my area and both offices worked so well together it was really seamless (for years). In all these years I have never had an issue with billing and they always make sure I understand the charges and why I have them before they charge me or do anything. The office is really big on preventative care and my kid's teeth are so much better after we started coming. They do floride and sealants for the kids (but you can opt out if you want). They also have a very nice panoramic X-ray machine that gets every detail if your kids don't like the bite X-rays or they need more details for the mouth. They also have semi-private and private rooms for kids with sensory needs. The experience for the kids is also awesome. When they come in they can play games or watch tv. Then when they go back they are weighed and they check their height. Once they go to the exam table they are given headphones to watch tv above them (and this also blocks out the sounds of the dental tools which is great). Once the exam is done they are given a bag with toothpaste and a toothbrush, and some floss. They get a token to pick a toy from a machine you can insert the coin into and turn. My kids love this part. Sometimes they get an animal balloon or a sword balloon. They leave happy. The staff has always been very kind and respectful to me as well. No matter where your kids get seen, you the parent can see them. If they are in the main area you can stay with them if you ask or you can watch them through a window (it's one-way so the kids don't see you and start fussing for you). If it's a private room where they are doing a procedure they give you an iPad and you can watch them on the iPad. It's really awesome. I really trust Dr. Ta and his staff. I tell everyone I know and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I highly recommend you go and see for yourself.

Before I came in I could not even take naps because my sleep apnea was so bad. Now I can sleep through the entire night. Ask about their laser treatment for the throat. It was a miracle worker for sleeping and breathing. Plus I widened my mouth and because of that my teeth were completely spaced and in a couple hours she made them look better than ever with composites. Cannot recommended Dr. Thomas and her staff more highly.

His release ended up taking a couple of sessions, but she sang to him and loved on him every session. She had a laser that isn't super common in the area where it can release or help release oral ties in infants without having to do stretches and such. That was so helpful in fully releasing my son's tongue tie. Because of how much that tie would have continued to affect him throughout his life, we are so thankful. This can be a traumatizing experience, but it is most certainly not at Enclave. We love the staff and our son does too! I would choose Dr. Thomas a million times over.
