I was scheduled to redeem a service on the morning of February 14. I arrived on time and waited for…read moreover an hour, but no one ever showed up. Not only was there no one in the office, but I also never received a courtesy call, text, or email letting me know my appointment couldn't be honored. I don't live nearby, so I made a long drive and wasted both my time and gas for nothing. What made the experience even worse was how it was handled afterward. I reached out multiple times by phone and email requesting a refund, and my calls and emails were repeatedly ignored. It was incredibly frustrating to be met with complete silence instead of a simple acknowledgment or apology. When someone finally addressed the situation, I was offered a free session as if that would make up for everything. It felt like they viewed this as a minor inconvenience, when in reality they completely wasted my time, failed to communicate, and then ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. My biggest issue isn't just the missed appointment--it's the complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If a business can't be bothered to notify clients that no one will be there, and then ignores multiple requests afterward, why would anyone trust them with their time or money? This experience was handled poorly from beginning to end. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend a business that shows so little respect for its customers.

It's just a matter of fact as you age you've gotta put more effort into keeping your body toned. I started focusing on cleaner eating, getting in more protein and doing regular core work (i'm good about getting exercise every day but not core work and sitting in a chair all day working from home doesn't help). I dropped 5 pounds in a month but then noticed I had a lot more "squishy" skin around my middle where I lost the weight.... that's when I reached out to Brianna. She was so thorough and attentive in each one of our sessions with helping me to tone up my midsection. She uses a lot of different techniques to help dissolve fat, lymphatic drainage, and help firm up the skin. She was always very friendly and fun to talk to during these sessions. Very easy to communicate with if I had to reschedule one of my appointments. I definitely got my abs back and look more toned.
