Much to my surprise the owner of the company answered the phone! He listened and arranged to be at my home the next day. He and his workers were on time (!), clean and assessed our issues. He was under the house and in the attic. Once his assessment was complete he showed us videos of areas of concern that we could not see. He is honest, compassionate, fair and complete. He maintains open communication, is fair and prioritized work that needed asap attention vs items that could be done at a later time. There were no surprises. His work ethic is far beyond what we have found available in southern MS with all workers- not just plumbers. We have lived all over the US as Navy sailors.
