Wow! I really cannot say enough about how amazing Tim is. As a homeowner, sometimes you take on a…read moreproject that is just a little too big. I think we've all had the moment when we realize we are in over our heads and we are not really sure what to do. This weekend, Tim saved me from this dilemma. We had to remove a deck (rats are the worst). I knew I was going to have to haul it all away once I was done with ripping it apart. I was dreading this extra work on top of ripping the deck apart. So my fiancé called Tim to see about having him haul it all away. When she told Tim about the project we had going on, Tim offered to come over right then to look at it. Tim showed up and assessed what was going on. He offered to not only haul the debris away but to help take down the rest of the deck. What would have taken me forever, took him no time at all. Not only did he remove everything, he even raked up when he was done, making it look brand new. It is hard to find good help. Tim is beyond good help. He is an amazing and kind man. If you need help, don't hesitate. Tim is the one to call!

He inspected the items that I wanted to have removed and then asked if the next day he could come and remove my items and quoted me what I feel was a fair price (also offered me different times that would work for me). Thinking overnight and the items to be removed on the next day I asked if he and Manuel could also remove a couch. He said yes they could and then I asked "where would these items be taken?'" and in my case he said they would first go to Habitat for Humanity, which was great to hear. If anything was denied they would take them/it to the appropriate place to be taken care of. Justin & Manuel did a great job and as I slowly go through many other items they will definitely be the only people I will turn to/use!

They were professional, polite, hard-working, and prompt. They came out to my project site and immediately got to work. I was pleasantly suprised at how quickly and well they worked! I recommended their hauling service to another friend of mine, as well, and they did a great job for her large piece of property up in the Santa Cruz Mountains. We now have a reliable, honest, dependable hauling service for our friends and family in the Santa Cruz and Bay Area - and we could go on and on about how well they work. I had Santos Hauling remove waste, debris, leaves, branches, as well as the concrete and asphalt, but then I realized they would also work on cleaning my roof. I was so happy when they cleaned my solar panels, roof, and got everything straightened out for me up there. Safety is a great concern when having a crew of workers come to my house, so I was grateful to know that the workers at Santos Hauling were polite, they went about their work, and got everything done, while behaving decently and with great concern for my welfare and that of my property. I can't recommend them more highly, because they are a wonderful crew of workers.
