ASAP General Stores are a solid stop when you're on the road. The locations are clean, well-organized, and usually have a good selection of snacks, drinks, and travel basics. The bathrooms are better than most gas stations, and the staff is generally friendly and quick to help. Prices are fair, and it's easy to get in and out fast--true to the name. Not a destination spot, but definitely reliable and convenient when you need it. read more

You have lots of rest stops in Oklahoma, and this stop was one of the best. The manager Heather stopped what she was doing to help me download an app and save $15. Guys who does that anymore. The manager sets the tone of the store and this stop was so worth it! Such amazing customer service, Delicious food, and extensive boot store with quite a few large sizes, is a Must stop. read more

I've been her quite a bit over the years and have no clue why I haven't already reviewed it. This truck stop is in a great location, easy in and out, they could have more diesel pumps but that's okay. They also sell CNG and have the regular gas pumps. The building looks pretty big especially on the inside. Soon as you walk in you can see lots of aisles of merchandise from not only snacks, food and drinks but they also have a boot store inside and sell jeans. They also have a room with booths and t.v.'s that's nice. We bought a pair of work boots here before that were really sturdy. Today we're here for breakfast and drinks. With the pandemic, all the hotboxes and donut case are with the doors on the back side making you have to ask for items. The grill IS fired up and going. We got 5 of the cheddar dogs and a sack of donut holes. I even had to ask for condiments. The cooks were using all safety precautions, even changing gloves to get the condiments. After getting our drinks we headed up to the cash register. There wasn't much of a line and it moved pretty fast. When we got to the cashier I asked for two large lids for our drinks and he handed them to me by holding them with a napkin. He didn't talk much at all. Everything went very good, my only complaint would have to be about the customer service. They don't greet you when you come in and always seem like you're bothering them when you need something or even just ask a question. If they could work on that it would be 5 stars here! read more

Nice large gas station/convenience store. Store is very clean and the bathrooms are very clean as well. They even offer a family bathroom option so if you are traveling with a couple small kids this is a great stop off for potty breaks & snacks/drinks. read more

Incredibly clean store. With incredibly friendly staff. And vast selection. Half gas station food mart and half western wear emporium. Miriam was especially cordial. When it's 1am and you've driven 500 miles already, with 100 more to go, a place like this is an oasis. read more

I came to the store to go to the bathroom and grab a refreshment while I was on my road to go home. When I got to the counter I was astonished that I was being charged twice the amount that the drink was worth. They wanted $3 for a simple large fountain drink. From the city that I am from I can get that for a dollar 25 it makes no sense. I will never in my life ever stop at one of these stores ever again. read more

I'm rather disappointed in their customer service. So here's my story. I go in and ask if the grill is open or if someone is cooking today, and the response was well uhhh idk.... so i asked, well.... can you check? She goes to the back and the cook comes out. I asked him if i could get a mushroom and Swiss burger add cooked onions and an order of corn nuggets. He didn't even reply, just went to cooking. As i wait i asked if i could pay out bc I'm on lunch break. I pay out and the cashier ask, why didn't you wanna order from Lucille's?.... i just said uhh idk i was just here. I go back and get my food. Asked for mayo and ranch and the guy just acted like that was such a burden to him. He hands it to me and i leave. Get in my car, open my container and i have burger and potatoe munchers. So i go back in and tell a girl there, hey i ordered corn nuggets and got potatoe munchers. So she tells the guy and he goes in the back for a minute and comes back to say oh we are out of them that's why i gave you potatoe munchers..... i explained it to him that I cannot have potato mentors because they have jalapeños. He said well you can go over to Lucille's and they can probably fix you some, so I tell him I have already paid out and ask if he would call to Lucille's and tell them I was headed over for an order of corn nuggets, he sighs and says well I would have to look up their phone number. I was Irritated so I just walked out I go over to Lucille's and the manager tells me their checkout system does not share so I would need to go back to fast lane and speak with their manager to get a refund, then come back to Lucille's and she could make me some and charge me there. So I go back to fast lane only to be told they don't have a manager and I would need to come back Monday. Where did customer service go? I gave up on having corn nuggets. ‍ HOWEVER, my burger was good. read more
