But we got lucky and had a delicious plate of meat and a heavenly salad, light and aromatic. This salad stays in my head. I was so pleased NOT to receive a fat plate of potatoes or fried with my premium cuts of beef. The vegetables in this bowl actually tasted like vegetables. Something you don't often get in this climate. And the dressing I could have bathed in. Oh and the pepper sauce for the filet! Zero complaints!
