I was in a tough situation as Fannie Mae was being held up for my home, and Guild Mortgage stepped in to save the day. I had no idea what to expect when I first talked to the team; later I found that not only were they highly recommended, but they were able to make the lender transition as smooth as possible, keeping the same rates and answering any questions promptly. The only drawback was that Guild was not able to secure a good deal that my previous lender (KL Capital) had achieved, but they made the loan process completely stress-free nonetheless. Once I closed on the home, Jennifer was very genuine and excited for me, she even came to my work to drop off a basket of local goodies and a card!
