In preparation for the appointment, I left work to let the crew in, get the dog situated with a sitter, and otherwise prepare accordingly. Today at 12:16pm I texted for an ETA only to be told that they wouldn't be arriving until 2pm because they were 'far away'. Do not waste your time or your money here, as neither will be honored.
