My girlfriend got the Super Completo, which definitely satisfied since it was piled high with palta, tomato, cheese and vegan mayo! A great representation of the Chilean classic, and the frank itself was very good flavor-wise. The french fries that came with our dishes were well seasoned and fried, but they weren't piping hot like they should have been - they definitely sat for a bit before they got to our table. Draft beers were great and they had plenty of condiments available for dressing up your fries or sandwich. The only other hiccup was the wait time - took a solid 45 mins or so to get our food, probably because we ordered from the regular menu and not the daily lunch menu. Still, the atmosphere is really cool and they have a few arcade games up front to keep you entertained if you're antsy. When my mom was visiting, I wanted to make sure I had everything for her to make her feel at home so I went to Planta Maestra and picked up her favorite brand of Almond milk and although it was a bit more expensive than in the states (it cost 4 mil) I was very happy to know I had the option of getting it here. Planta Maestra has a couple of other stores in Santiago, but I have seen this one in Bellas Artes, although smaller, has better prices (however, in general, the majority of what they sell is on the expensive side). They also have dried cranberries that are sugar and preservative free! The products they sell are from the same well-known organic and vegan brands you can find in the states. Planta Maestra also sells beauty products and stuff to make baby food! If you are looking for essential oils to make your own lotions or shampoos you can find them here - including tea tree oil. If you need any types of teas, yogurt, coconut water, almond flour etc they have it. They also sell tasty desserts and cookies that are vegan and gluten free! Everything here is delicious. They also have a frozen section with tofu and other snacks. Overall, a small organic and vegan shop to get even the most difficult to find products to make a healthy lifestyle easy in this polluted city.

If he is, the muffin was spectacular for gluten free- it was one of those small ones with raspberries inside. The coffee was great. It was good for anywhere, but very good for this city. I have been putting sugar in my coffee in Santiago because I haven't found it good. This is only the second latte or cafe con leche that I've enjoyed without needing sugar in this city: which means LOVELY!
