Doesn't sound like the best business practice to be unavailable to the public when most people work at the same hours 9-5, with an hour lunch break at noon. I would think he could go BEFORE or AFTER the standard lunch break, because they would be closed by the time I get out of work. Had to drive down the street to the Walton location and a manager (Nicole) helped me open an account and brought my paperwork and signature card to my place of work. She totally went above and beyond to make up for the lack of professionalism at 14th Street.

We don't do a ton of banking with them, but with what we do it has been good. This location is one of my favorites because it is a drive thru haha. When it is too cold or too hot or I just don't feel like getting out of my car, it is great. The customer service has always been friendly and efficient here. I've gone before when there is a line, but is always moves relatively fast. There are multiple lanes, but one of them is an ATM only.

I contacted and Ask Why, brought up the email I was informed I mailed to wrong department. I asked you did not forward it or even respond to me that I emailed wrong dept. Contacted the Area Supervisor left a VM never got a response. Missouri changed Property Tax freezing it. They want me to pay more for my taxes going up, not going up for me. I asked If they were going to pay me interest for Loaning them money.
