I brought the painting in on a Tuesday and I had my perfectly framed picture in hand by Thursday morning (a day earlier than requested!) when they opened. I brought my lithograph to be framed and the owner put a hole in the lithograph taking it out of…read morethe old frame. When I picked up the framed art, I had to take it back twice because of dust and dirt particles on the inside of the glass and smudging on the matting. After three tries, the smudge is still there and the picture is rippled away from the frame. I won't bring it back to be fixed because my art was damaged in the process- scratches in the lithograph paper.
