If I could select 0 stars for this place, I would. Here is why:
1) Incompetent service. The lady working at the counter did not seem to have much knowledge about the services the store offered.
2) They tell you what you want to hear. I was given a time frame of how long my job request would take and was told they would call me when it would be ready to pick up. Not once did I receive a phone call from them to alert me of the status of my order. I was told my order would be complete in 10 days, however it ended up taking 10 WEEKS. Why? Because of lack of communication between the lady at the counter and her boss. When I would go into the store to ask what is going on, I would be given the run around and conflicting stories, depending on who was working in the store that day. Each time I went into the store, I was told it would take another 7-10 days and that they would call me. Never once did they call me. Be prepared to wait in the dark and being the one who pushes the order along, following up with them, and asking them for a status update.
3) Customer service is not a priority. My experience with Artworks tells me their bottom line is profit, not excellence or customer satisfaction.
