I've used this location on several occasions without even thinking about it for minor issues (I…read moreneeded a soup toureen and some serving ware for a small at-home event) and for a major party where I rented everything from tables and chairs to serving ware, bar utensils, and flatware. I have to say, dealing with them is always a great experience. Their customer service is PHENOMENAL. I went in for my husband's birthday party and worked with a guy who wasn't a regular up front. I gave them a color that they didn't have in stock (a specific royal blue that I'd used on the invitations) and they matched that color in napkins and table cloths from a Phoenix supplier within 4 days. The only issue was that the customer service rep accidentally ordered red wine glasses instead of champagne flutes (the order DID say champagne flutes, so it wasn't me lol). We got everything home and only noticed that the glasses weren't right after the event was started. It was SUCH a disappointment, but I was overwhelmed by how quickly the manager made it right. You can't undo an incredibly awkward toast at a 40th birthday party, but he was very kind and immediately offered to credit all of the glassware back to my account. Because this was my 4th time using the company, I knew what to expect and I only wish I'd known about them (or my planner had) for my wedding. They make it easy! Whether you need a couple of table cloths or an entire party, it's worth it to go with AZ Party rentals, you will not be disappointed and, given enough time, they can get anything they don't have and they will work with your time frame and budget nicely. Basically, always use them. Don't be disappointed like I was at my wedding with another vendor who shall not be named...

But besides that this place has probably the best customer service I've ever experienced with any business! We rented from them and I forgot to get the linens after I even looked at the paperwork and signed for it. After returning to work to do some last-minute close up I realized that I didn't get the linens. I called their location and they were so quick in responding that I was able to return there after hours and pick up my linens. I even had three different people from that location. Call me to check on me to apologize. It made me feel good and lessened my stress for the event that I was planning, but I am partially to blame for this. I truly appreciate all of the help and their customer service! I highly recommend renting from this location! I'm not sure if they do this all the time or experience this all the time, but my experience was truly nothing less than five stars. Thank you to everyone there that helped me!

They partner with restaurants and bars and have everything set up for the event: canvas, easels, paint, and brushes at each seat. Servers come by to make sure we have enough wine. This painting event was special; at Tandem American Eatery (excellent food - one of our favorites) and a fundraiser for PACC (a favorite charity). Turnout was great, with eighteen participants, and our instructor was cool, helpful, and funny. This was not my first paint and wine time, and I love that the painters are always friendly with their table mates, which really enhances the enjoyment. A plug for Tandem: My friend and I arrived early for dinner before painting. My wings were as big and tasty as they always are and my friend said her bacon blue cheeseburger burger was as delivious as I told her it would be. My husband and I recently used Picture Me Photo Booth for our wedding. We looked at several…read morecompanies in town and we could not have asked for better service! Everyone that was at our wedding has praised how much they enjoyed the photo booth and how friendly and fun Nanette and her staff were. Nanette is the owner and operator of the photo booth. A big reason why we selected her company was that she works every single one of her events. One service Nanette provides, that no other company we spoke to offered, is to close down the photo booth for dinner. This way guests aren't running in and out of the reception, making noise or missing out on first dances, toasts, etc. Nanette doesn't count the time for dinner in the hours that you schedule her for. Our dinner lasted 2 hours...this was not a problem for Nanette and her staff, plus it allowed more free time for guests to use the booth, which made us feel like we got our money's worth and more! Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful, but working with Nanette was so easy and worry-free. Before the wedding, she came to our venue to discuss where to put the booth on the day of, she found us a custom backdrop to match our wedding colors, she worked with us on creating a personalized footer for our photo strips, she put our monogram on the screen inside of the booth AND she discussed what props to have available and which ones NOT to. The booth itself was quite large with seats to sit and space to stand. I think the largest group that got into our booth was 7 people. She provided a huge assortment of props. We had unlimited prints and received a CD of all the night's images. I highly recommend Nanette and Picture Me Photo Booth! I've been to many weddings with photo booths, but none with the quality service, personal attention, professionalism and fun that they offer! They truly go above and beyond what any other company provides!
