Horrible experience…read more Apparently they are not capable of holding a reservation. This is my story. I scheduled my test for Friday at 11am (took a day from for work). I studied for my test for a few months and finally the day of my test has arrived. I arrived 1 hour earlier to make sure I was calm and ready for my test. Now it's past 11 and I'm looking at 3 people ahead of me that continue waiting. Apparently they over booked their computers and now us (test takers) have to keep waiting until a computer opens up. The reservation becomes useless and here we are hopelessly waiting for a computer to open up to take our tests. Most of people taking exams here are for their careers; therefore, this process is already stressful. Adding this extra stress is useless and harmful for anyone taking a test. In conclusion: What is the point of making a reservation if you cannot hold the reservation? It is extremely rude, disrespectful, and unconsidered. PS. Front desk person was not helpful all I got was "I don't have a computer for you and I cant tell you I am going to have a computer available.

The director, Donard, claims to be a serious person, but in reality, he does not keep his word. When it comes to taking your money, they are very kind and attentive. However, when it's time to respond and issue a refund, they simply disappear. They have blocked me from their pages and phone lines to avoid dealing with my calls and requests for my own money. It is frustrating and exhausting to have to chase after what rightfully belongs to me. I am completely fed up with this situation. Do not trust this school--they are not serious. Protect your money.

Back in 2016, when Mattia College of Miami closed its doors to the school unexpectedly, it caused many of its students to be left without any information about nursing studies or where to go thereafter. After doing research on schools in the area, I went to the Universal Career School looking for a way to continue and finish my nursing program. The Universal Career School opened the door for me and many of my clasmates. We were able to obtain the correct information and were given the best communication from the administration staff. The faculty did a great job by preparing us well for the classes and they provided excellent support. I graduated last year and I have shared my archives with my classmates, instructors, and the administrators. I also participated in the first graduating ceremony with my RN license already in my hands. I was able to pass the NCLEX on my first try as the Universal Career School had prepared me well. Today I am working as RN in a large hospital system. I am forever greatful to the Universal Career School for all the help they provided me towards my end goal of having a career in Nursing.

Hello! After reading…read morethe reviews and visiting Florida Education Institute. I can confidently say that this institution is truly awesome. From the moment I stepped onto the campus, I was welcomed with an awesome "Good morning". From what I have gathered; the staff and teachers are not only knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects, but they genuinely care about the students' well-being and personal growth. While I was at the school, I met some students there some of the pros and cons. This was my Lucky Break!! I figured I would find out the truth about this school and some of the negative reviews. Let's face it; all schools have pros and cons. And I actually understand why some people write negative comments. I think we have all been there before! But, how many of us really reflect on out actions?! In my experience, there are always a few students that don't get their way and go off on the negative! But, the students I met; were very positive! They said to me; you want to study this? Come here; the classes are good and the professors are excellent! They even help you with the language. As one student explained that her english is very bad, but that her teacher has been helping her! This same student told me she was at another school but never got the help that she has received here! I think there is a lot to be said about that comment! In summary, my visit reinforced the positive reviews I had read and made me realize the negative reviews might be people that clearly did not get what they wanted! For all the negative reviewers:.....I get it!! We all want things our way!!! We sort of expect things without speaking of them! We expect that people can look at us and just know & deep down inside; we all really know and just want to connect! For all of you; I hope you find it! Whatever it is you're looking for! Back to me: IMHO; I came here today to see if this would be an opportunity for me!
