I was not asked what tank size when I called for pricing and scheduling and did not know that there was more than one price dependant on anything. It would be better service if they would quote pricing for the different tank sizes so the customer can know price will vary depending on size rather than just quote a price then charge something completely different. Also, cement cover was not placed on level. Otherwise, service was great. The guys were very nice and polite and seemed to be very thorough. As far as I can tell they did a good job!

We hired this company & our contact was with Cj. He was to do the dirt work on our new build…read moreincluding septic system. Then when it actually came time to work Cj & his "crew" were barely ever there & would work half days at best then leave & show back up the next day to work a little then sometimes maybe not. We would be told they were on their way then they'd either be super late or not show at all. Then would just stop returning calls. They never came back to finish the work or install our septic system now I'm left scambling last minute to find other companies that can do the work. They also used my lot as free storage for their excavator & other large equipment with not a care in the world that it was in our way. But had no trouble taking the money for the dirt work but never finishing the job! Do not recommend them for anything

Then he showed up with water, he did not check slump, so he had to go back and get more mix so by the time he got back it was 4 1/2 hours after first truck. One side of slab was dry by the time he got back. Terrible customer relations and unprofessional plant operations.
