That's how I found myself at Cold Spring Bakery and what a terrific find it was! I bought an assortment of cupcakes, along with a petit four (well...it was almost our birthdays, too, so it called for a celebration). We got the cinnamon roll (MUST get it warmed up, so gooey and yummy), the chocolate + orange cupcake (not for me but bold flavors and just a little crumbly!) and four donuts: the glaze (6/10), zebra (7.5/10), Oreo (4/10 - good consistency just WAY too sweet for me), and the cinnamon sugar (9/10). Last, we had the cinnamon swirl bread - SO GOOD! completely celiac safe facility and their flours are mostly rice based, none of the products I got had oats or oat flours.

We have been here a few times now and it's always really cool to come in, be greeted and get to see the staff working so hard making these amazing cookies! When you come in, It smells like fresh baking cookies, nice big windows let enough light in so it's not like the staff is working in some desolate warehouse. Gotta love that for them. Good atmosphere. Our first visit was to celebrate my fiancés birthday so she picked all the cookies. All super delicious and well made! The marble stuffed cheesecake cookie was my fav but the S'mores cookie is just so dang good! 2nd visit we got the thins and OMG the Mallow sandwich cookie is probably the best cookie sandwich I have ever had. Holy moly! I'm not sure why this location has bad reviews. (Honestly they don't even seem very legit to me) I would just ignore them, listen to me. I like real food. Someone said they should get gas station cookies and I just think that's incredibly disrespectful to the awesome staff here(if you go you actually see how hard they are workin) so please make sure you tip because they do a great job. Also if you go and have a good experience, please rate this as well! This location deserves better than 3 stars. Dumb.

We hit one of these a few years ago in Florida, so we wanted to hit it here. We ordered the classic 6 pack. When they came put with the cookies, I was a bit surprised as they were smaller than I remembered. It was more like my cookies baked at home, very different than my original experience. When we got to the car some where warm some were not. I got the gluten-free cookie, which I appreciated them putting it in a separate bag, though I wouldn't put that bag in with the other cookies because of cross contamination. That was the cookie I ate, and it was warm and gooey. It was good and worth the price since it is GF. The other people with me said the cookies were good. Again, only a few were warm.
