I really like the Rockvale location. Open, bright setting with lots of fun little "shops". Great variety of products to choose from.

Wow very happy to come back here. What a store. I have had wonderful history here and coming back…read morethis time was like coming home and it was completely different than 10 years ago. It was even better! I bought a cool 12' windmill way back. It's still at my old house. I hope. I'll go see... Now when I think King's I know think unbelievable quality at prices that actually make you buy more. Not want to. Buy more. Happily. The value is stunning. My fiancee and my oldest son are working with me to redo two rooms. A den/bedroom up here at our place in Exton and our Kitchen at our townhouse in Raleigh. We'll share pictures once the rooms are done. We cannot share pictures of the artwork that is the furniture before the rooms are done because everything needs to balance around the furniture. It's that good. Lucille, Lamar, and Sam (I hope I spelled everyone's names correctly including Miracle Sam) ‍. Their service goes way beyond customer service. They helped us the whole time and we want the pictures of the finished rooms to honor them. Thanks for reaching out for my review Caleb. Yelp kicks Googles ass everyday. You connect Yelp to X and I can market for you. You could do it easy yourself. ‍ I can't wait to checkout all the other Kings stores sprinkled through the area. Cool business y'all. 5

While various vendors (including online order sites ) do sell items made by the same shops, we value and want to reward (so to speak) the showrooms that educate, help customize, and allow one to see/feel/touch items of interest or similar-enough, in any case. Caleb was our primary point of contact to order two highly customized chairs, a custom keystone table to go between them, and one ottoman. One of the customizations was one I could find on no website anywhere for the manufacturer we had chosen. Caleb contacted them and navigated all our demanding requests with patience and cheer and, generally, in a reasonable time frame (we were erratic on our end a bit, too -- give and take). Our estimate was 2-4 months and we were called exactly at 3months. They held the items for several days until I could drive out, helped load things up, and just happened to have some fresh sweet rolls to share! (I loved that the kids were selling some 3D printed parts they designed in a CAD package just inside the store.) I trusted they had checked everything over and belive they had -- We got home and found everything to be absolutely perfect. Beautiful select+ grade QSWO, well-selected, constructed, and finished. $5200 for two chairs, the table, and an ottoman actually seems fair given the quality. These are our first non-IKEA or hand-me-down furniture items and we are proud to own them. We will be buying a new dining table and chairs from them in the future, no doubt. One note: My wife and I had forgotten her reclining chair had an internal lever that is sorta' hidden by the cushion AND also needed to figure out how the backs slid and clicked into place. While I'm a handy engineer and this was easy enough, I could imagine some folks might have benefitted from a little instruction. Perhaps that was not given as Caleb personalizes service, I dunno. As per another's recent trouble here on yelp, there is only so much any vendor can do with long lead times from Amish workshop partners. Given my initial experiences and interactions, I can can't imagine they would do anything but follow the Golden Rule in helping reasonable customers.

The staff there was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in getting us in the right direction. They have a very large inventory, giving you several options with styles and colors and were eager to work with us in our search. First and foremost, true Amish/Mennonite quilts are Works of Art! Hundreds upon hundreds of hours and Hand Stitching went into these pieces. They are not machine produced. Can you find a cheaper quilt elsewhere in the area there, sure ... but buyer beware, you get what pay for. In the several stores we went to, selection and quality was far inferior! Storing and displaying quilts was also subpar! Folded up and in stacks like your shopping for t-shirts. Shop around at the cheaper places if you want, but a stop at Millers should be on your list if you want true quality and professional service!

Upon arrival, there were white gloves to put on before handling any of the quilts. The 2 ladies there were very helpful. The quilts were all hung on dowls that you can go through and when I found the one I wanted, they kindly put it on the bed so I could see all the beauty. I was explained who made it and a little history behind the quilt. The more I looked at it, the more I felt that this wasn't the "one". When I told the Manager that I was looking at another shop, she completely encouraged me to go look, that when you pay a price for a quilt, you should love it. I was blown away by her saying that. That being said, I did go to another shop and purchased "the one" quilt.....but when I got home I called Millers and bought the one I looked at because it grew on me. They had the best selection of quilts out of all the shops I visited and ample parking!! Thanks Annette, can't wait for the quilt to arrive!!

The Olde Mill House Shoppes is two different buildings - the old stone house and an old barn - that have a wide selection of stuff that women love to shop like rugs, furniture, lighting, home decor, kitchen gadgets, pantry items, women's clothing and accessories. They also have a floral department that I think makes wreaths. My favorite part of the shoppes was the old stone house. Aside from admiring the lovely architecture I enjoyed looked at kitchen gadgets, kitchen decor, pantry items like bread mixes and such. I loved the creek of the floors too. It was a very charming experience. A lot of the furniture was definitely in the Shaker and colonial styles. The lighting section was amazing. Lots of early American inspired design lighting. I wasn't in the market for lighting so I moved on to other things. The rug section was fun to peruse. I saw they sold one of my favorite brands - Dash and Albert. They also had a lot of braided rugs. Regarding the clothing section in the refurbished barn, it wasn't really my style but it seemed like there were some regular customer in there having an absolute ball shopping for some new outfits. It kind of reminded me of the fun, comfy and colorful styles you might find at Chico's. Aside from the above, there was plenty more to look at like some linens, wall art, candles, etc. Overall, this was a fun place to explore and a great place to stop in while in Lancaster County.
