I'm contrast to other environments that feel tense. Even when the store is full of people is a sense of piece. It's somewhat of a spiritual experience. The prices are reasonable for what you'll find. If we did not fix, we could have been disqualified by FIBA. I searched cleaners, photographers, wedding planners for a seamstress. Nothing came up. When I called the shop and explained my predicament, they did not hesitate to tell me to bring them over. Mind you I had to have them done that day. I took the shirts over and they even help me take the patches off and sew them to perfection. Then they did not want to charge me. I insisted on payment. These two ladies are a class act. While I was there I noticed their exceptional customer service and respect for their customer most who they knew ny name. The selection of fabrics and notions is great given the space in the store. You will not find another fabric store in this island and even if there was one, it would not have Maria and Olga. Exceptional service.

The longer I wandered, the more items I loved, coming away with her work in the form of two prints and a book of poetry, several cards and a few stickers, as well as a watercolor print onto a tile of Los Tres Reyes by her Nico Thomassin. But it wasn't just the items, the entire place felt warm and welcoming, Lady Lee herself was a gem, and there's an airy, decorated studio space in the back for writing in. According to the sign, on Tuesdays they have an open mic of some kind. If I lived closer I would spend a lot of time here.
