I did thorough research on many of the review sites and seriously lucked out when I came across Paul. He is chill and low key, non-invasive, and he truly went above and beyond what he told me he'd accomplish in several ways: He set up extra cameras to cover all bases and ensure that nothing of substance was missed. He was at the wedding for longer than he said he'd be there- we're a heavy drinking crowd and the reception lasted much longer than anticipated. He also threw in extra DVD's (and in Blueray). My company worked with Zach on headshots . He was given specifics and images of exactly what was…read morerequired . In addition to emails and pictures I told him before beginning my shoot that my company was very picky and needed images to be exactly like the examples provided. They were not even close and were rejected. He then went back and edited them , again not what I said was needed. His written response was to have our in house photographer attempt to correct them. We have had to use another photographer. He is now refusing to refund the money paid to him! He's saying all shoots are for services rendered , however there is no contract stating that. Stay away from this person! He is now offering a reshoot but knows , based on written documentation that we are past our deadline and cannot do reshoots . He is also saying there was a breakdown in communication prior to the shoot which can be proven incorrect, again with written documents.
