You can buy absolutely everything here from garden plants, bushes, sheds, benches to pond supplies. You can buy paving, bbqs and other outdoor living/designing supplies. They also have a good aquatics centre and pet supplies, plus a good selection of pets to own. The best part of pet centre is 'elvis' the parrot - he is lovely. The cafe is huge with a very good choice but it is a bit on the dear price, still you have to treat yourself sometimes and the food is lovely and well worth it. The centre is always well stocked and the staff are very nice and polite.

The second base is more a warehouse and distribution centre and this is on thornton road on the way into the town centre. You cant miss this second site as it has a big lake and fountain in the front of it which is very scenic. The firm is the centre of a few catalogues like gratton, newlook, fashion world and a few others. The staff who take your calls for orders or whatever are very friendly and efficient and deal with you with respect which is nice. The catalogue is a good way of buying goods you couldnt normally afford and pay over weekly terms - you can pay by internet, cheque or over the phone which is convenient. You can order over the internet, post or phone and their delivery times are pretty decent - ive ordered by internet and had them come the next morning. A very good efficient run firm with nice products to choose from like fashion and household and toys.

They do a huge range of goods all under the one roof at fantastic and sometimes stupid prices. They do food, drink, toys, linen, toiletries, etc all at under average prices. They are the top notch best makes and not a cheap copy of the top makes which makes it even better. The only bugbear is the fact that the shop gets so busy and you end up having to queue for about 30 minutes but with the bargains you end up getting it is well worth it. The store is always nice and clean and well stocked - the stock changes every couple of days too which keeps the excitement factor going too. The staff are nice and friendly usually even when the store is absolutely heaving.

This particular store is located in Forster Square Retail Park. Car parks always busy due to football stadium being close by so foten have to wait for spaces. This store also seems busier than others so can be a lot of hussle and bussle inside and have queued at the checkout for up to 10 minutes on more than one occasion. Bargains to be had for all ages so well worth a visit if you have the time to browse and queue.

But, i suppose that is what adds to the charm of the shop and it does give you more choice. As the name suggests they stock beds and suites and other things like mirrors, dressers, wardrobes, etc. All the products are the best makes like dunlop and that and are made to the very best standard - the wardrobe i bought there over 10years ago still looks like new which is good in this day and age. They deliver the goods to your home for a small fee but their prices arent too steep so you dont mind paying this fee. The store is laid out over 2 floors but the upstairs floor is quite hard to get to as the steps feel really rickety and coming down you take your life in your hands. There is a lift but it doesnt always work. The staff are quite nice but there isnt enough of them and they always seem to be on the phone when i go in and thus it makes you feel as if your custom isnt wanted, but, once they do begin to serve you they are very nice.

They dont just sell to offices though - anyone can go in and buy a piece of furniture. I bought a corner desk unit for my pc and found this shop a lot cheaper than buying from somewhere like argos and the quality is better too. They do all the normal office desks and chairs from swivel to normal and then they also do fancy desks and units and filing cabinets, etc. Their choice is quite good but if they havent what you want ask and they will try to get it for you. Their prices are decent especially for the quality of the products. The store is medium sized and very clean and tidy but there isnt enough room for wheelchair users because it is quite wellstocked. The staff are lovely and friendly and very polite.

I ordered from Bedz R Us as their price was significantly lower than anywhere else online. Even one…read moreonline store with a price match guarantee wouldn't match the Bedzrus price as they said it was below their wholesale price! They were easily contactable by phone, and polite when I phoned a couple of times with enquiries. Unfortunately I was let down by a poor delivery service. I ordered the bed a week in advance, and received an email the day before delivery to confirm dispatch. The next day I received a call from the manufacturer (not Bedzrus) to say my item wouldn't be dispatched and I'd have to arrange a re-delivery for the next morning. The bed didn't arrive that next morning, so I phoned the manufacturer who gave me the item tracking number to follow up with the courier myself. The courier couldn't tell me when it would be delivered, but said it would be that day. The bed arrived late in the afternoon. Be aware that they ask you to sign for thse goods as "damaged" if you can't fully check them upon delivery. The courier wouldn't allow me to do this, and instead told me to sign as "unchecked", which Bedzrus advise not to do as it will make returns difficult. I might use Bedzrus again if their price is good, but I would prefer to use a more reliable retailer, especially with their unreliable delivery and signing as "damaged" policy which could be a potential problem if you just signed for the goods without thinking.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have discovered that my whole bedframe is out of alignment but…read morethey are not interested as they said I should have told them within 7 days. I did, but as I didn't produce photographic evidence until the 8th day, when I gave up building the bed, then I am stuck with it. I have contacted my credit card company and trading standards to get this resolved.
