Richard's intelligence on all matters proved invaluable. He was experienced, comprehensive and patient with the process, as I pursued a structure of employee - employer compromise. He made himself available at unreasonable hours to answer my questions and to settle my concerns. Mr. DiMedio, You responded to my review…read more This is absolutely true. I have written records of calls that went directly to voice mail. 13 times I've left messages that were not responded to. Not once. You absolutely DID NOT take interest in my situation after you were paid in full. I have never been treated so poorly. Also, the job you were hired to do was a farce. There are things you did that were wrong. Extremely questionable, but still you did not respond to my calls. I have records of all your actions and unanswered calls. I will not say more as I believe you wil lfinally answer me legally. But I have physical proof of your totally unacceptable actions If you believe what I said in my review was wrong, please feel free to contact me, finally, and I and my current lawyer will be more than happy to discuss this situation with you, with physical, and electronic proof you did not do what you were paid to do. I will say no more without my lawyer present but I'm quite sure you will not be happy with the results.
