Expensive, but a lot of fun. These guys and gals really know their stuff. Went here to practice/learn some dancing before the big wedding.

Val and all of the teachers and assistants have been so wonderful with my girls! Very…read moreknowledgeable and skilled at their craft. It is fantastic for both recreational students as well as for preparing the more serious dancers for competition, college dance teams, and professional dancing. The studio is clean and pretty and in a convenient location off Rt 1& 138 at the Tower (aka near smoothies and donuts lol), and honestly, it's worth our 25 minute drive from our town. Parents are able to watch their kids through the viewing window in each of the two studios, or just sit and chill during class on the comfy couch, chat with other parents, or watch the sunset from the chairs on the quieter side, or they can feel safe leaving their children in the teachers' care while running errands. The Teachers are kind, fun, and loving, but also stern and get down to business when they need to be. They really know how to keep the fun and joy in dancing. Val has a way of making each kid feel special and each parent feel like her best friend. And the recitals.... Just wow! They put on such an amazing performance, and a video copy of the show and professional action digital photos are included with your ticket!! I am in awe at the high skill level, perfection, beauty, and sass of all numbers, but especially the older dancers and the teams. I have been moved to tears or clapped and cheered in excitement with so many numbers. My youngest and I usually even stay to watch to second showtime to see all of the other routines because we love it so much and have so much fun at the shows. So impressed with Val and her studio; can't recommend it enough.

She makes it fun but still challenging enough that the students learn exactly what they need to become better dancers. She teaches them the correct terminology for the dance moves, even at a young age. We love this! Super beautiful and clean studio space, great for all ages! We can't say enough good things about Soles Dance Academy!

Wonderful well rounded dance education with a variety of styles and teachers. Teachers are very…read moreexperienced and are able to bring your dancer to the next level. The studio director is extremely professional and understands how to run a studio. At the other studio my daughter attended the dress code and chosen costumes were very skimpy and overall inappropriate. However, at the dance corner all costumes are extremely classy. Music choice as well as choreography are classy and different than everything you see at other studios. The friendly environment and variety of abilities allows for an welcoming atmosphere for any ability, age range,or commitment. I would definitely recommend this studio to anybody from the most experienced dancer to someone just starting.

"So what you gonna do When you look up one day…read moreAnd see your playhouse tumbling down?" (Graham Parker and the Rumour) In 2021, I fell into a nice post-retirement gig as a published free-lance writer. One of my articles was a profile of an extraordinary gentleman by the name of Eddie Jaku. https://aish.com/the-happiest-man-on-earth-eddi-jakus-inspirational-story-of-survival-forgiveness-and-love/ When I saw that his life story was now the subject of a stage play - "The Happiest Man on Earth" - being performed at the Playhouse on Park, well, I knew I'd be in that audience someday. I was there at today's matinee, and it was my first visit to the Playhouse. The theater doesn't have a dedicated parking lot, but we easily found a spot on Park Road. One very helpful usher scanned our tickets and a second guided us to our rows and seats. The seat numbers are easily visible and it's a snap to find your way. The seats were large and very comfortable, in my opinion better than those at the Bushnell. The theater has four rows of seats along three sides of the stage and seats a total of 160 customers. Each of the three sections has only four rows. So, although we sat in the last row of the center stage area, we were in the fourth row. There isn't a bad seat in the house. The sight lines were excellent, and the rows of seats are elevated just enough so you aren't staring at the back of the head of the customer in front of you. The show was a one-man tour-de-force by Robert Resnikoff who brought Eddie Jaku to life in an 80-minute monologue. His performance was supplemented by audio and lighting effects to recreate things like broken glass, train engines, gunshots, etc. Everything was very well done. What a great theater experience.

I do not know how they have managed to create this play. Their acting and character portrayals with their song and dance and their " hats" is hysterical , full of laughter and so much fun to watch and enjoy! Latanya Farrell was our guest Broadway producer !! There is not a bad seat in the house. All of the shows we have seen the actors all play to the audience and it is very true of this cast! It is a must see for everyone!!
