I called on Friday morning and they gave me an appointment right away (they had no obligation to take us at all because we had never been there before!) The minute we walked in, Cindy and the entire office staff were so welcoming and kind to my girl. Dr. Chang was very knowledgeable and kind as well. The following Wednesday her face got swollen and I called and again got us in immediately. The front tooth had to be extracted. Dr. Chang again saw her and I love his technique. She didn't feel nervous or cry and she got a visit from the tooth fairy! Thank you sometimes doesn't do justice to how kind and wonderful people are. We will be back in the future for check ups :)

I'm 33 years old, and I grew up absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. Even now, as an adult, just hearing the words "dentist" or "orthodontist" can still make me nervous. That's why it means so much to me to see my kids have such a completely different experience. When they hear the words "dentist" or "orthodontist," they get so happy and excited to go! It honestly blows me away how you guys make kids feel so comfortable, safe, and genuinely happy to go to the dentist. You're creating such a positive experience for them, and as a mom, I'm beyond grateful. Thank you for being so amazing with my kids and for making something that was once so scary for me into something they actually look forward to. As a mom, seeing that transformation is something truly special. And the crazy part is... I have two more smiles coming your way, back-to-back! I already know I'm going to be just as emotional watching their journeys unfold. Thank you for making my kids feel so comfortable, excited, and happy about going to the dentist and orthodontist.
