Edit: Soon after my original review (on Google), the office manager called me to apologize for the terrible customer service that I experienced. A few days later, I recieved a letter in the mail (see photo) that I have been cut off in the middle of treatment by Dr. Lee. I couldn't believe how unprofessional this was. Completely unethical.
