The rest of the staff, too, treated me well, answering all my questions. A day or two before my appointment, I was sent text reminders and was even able to complete the majority of my paperwork online. I was admittedly a bit concerned with the location of this office as it's in Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, and frankly speaking, hospitals are labyrinths, but nope - I had no problems at all. It was shockingly simple to get into the hospital and the office. Everything was clearly labeled. I only wish all hospitals were as organized with directions as this one. Anyhow, the wait time wasn't even five minutes and I felt I received sufficient attention from my new gynecologist. Until next year I suppose.

I am still waiting for them to call in a prescription for me a week later and still nothing, when I finally get someone on the phone the excuse is, they are slammed. All doctors offices are busy but customer is still present. Edit: Soon after my original review (on Google), the office manager called me to apologize for the terrible customer service that I experienced.
