I never felt rushed--she was patient, attentive, and incredibly detailed in her explanations, making sure I fully understood everything. It's clear she truly cares about her patients. I'm so glad I chose her--definitely a great choice! The only suggestion I would make is for the office to verify insurance information ahead of time to help cut down on wait time when checking in. Edit: Soon after my original review (on Google), the office manager called me to apologize for the terrible customer service that I experienced. A few days later, I recieved a letter in the mail (see photo) that I have been cut off in the middle of treatment by Dr. Lee. I couldn't believe how unprofessional this was. Completely unethical.
