We were really impressed by the showroom and the friendly reception we received right from the start. Mr Ferries was very knowledgeable and professional yet so approachable that he made the whole process a pleasure. Eight weeks after our first visit we have just had our amazing new kitchen fitted by his friendly, highly experienced team and we can't praise them enough. Don't go here-try someone else. Mr Ferries does not listen…read moreto you and makes you feel stupid, he has no imagination or flexibility and cannot offer alternatives to anything. He is always saying how busy he is; so you feel your time is not important to him. They say the sycamore is always right-well betta tell that to Mr F-customers relations are NOT his strength. While the displays on the internet may look lovely-I would consider you go to someone else who can offer just as good range and section but without the attitude

First of all, it took over two years for Donnelly's to properly complete a simple boiler…read moreinstallation, leaving an unfilled hole in external wall for that period. Secondly, in December 2020, Donnelly's quoted a 9 day turnaround for a simple part repair (which left two people with respiratory conditions without heating or hot water) at almost double the cost of what was done by another company within 36 hours of initial contact. Lastly, it came to my attention over three years after the installation that Donnelly's had not registered the boilers 5 year warranty (as promised) and this therefore is no longer valid, which of course is a huge cost risk to the customer. Donnelly's customer service and standards have been extremely poor throughout and I cannot be clearer when I say that this company is best avoided.
