I don't know if that means it was the off season or they closed it for us, but being the only audience of 15-19 people felt like the royal treatment. Our ticket included 2 drinks. We were instructed not to take pictures or videos DURING the performance, but rather afterward, during the curtain calls.
We had eaten at Mt Olivo earlier so we did not eat, just had drinks. They were so good about explaining what each piece meant. We enjoyed the excerpts from Bizet's Carmen, the group pieces, music, and the solos. The artwork was beautiful too! I did not use the restroom so I can't speak to how they were.
They are also very savvy; they sell fans, castanets, and other knick knacks for people who fall in love with flamenco music! I did not buy any but I kind of wish I did. I'd go back when it's busier, but I admit having a bar 'to myself' kind of spoiled me!
