Must try the braised short ribs and the general chaos chicken. Dumplings were also amazing and so were their house dipping sauces. The cocktails were superb. Above all else the service was IMPECABLE the staff was very assertive, attentive(without being overbearing) efficient thorough, and very kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND :) *****Review i posted for hunan meant for this location*****

This is definitely a U.S. Style Chinese restaurant. I waiver between 3 and 4 stars. For some reason the overall experience was "meh" for me, but I can't point to anything other than they are trying a little too hard to be stereotypically Chinese. But that's what you'd expect from any half decent Chinese place in the U.S. So I give it a 4. They start you off with some fried noodle snacks with mustard and sweet/sour sauce. I decided to keep it safe and ordered a sweet and sour chicken dish. My partner ordered a shrimp dish, and we also got chicken fried rice. The fried rice as average, but my sweet and sour was above average. My partner thought her dishes sauce was not that interesting but the shrimp itself was quite good. Green tea was brought without asking - always a good sign. No fortune cookies, which makes me a little sad, but since it was a U.S. invention I believe, not a surprise. Service was competent, but not engaging.

Sweet and sour chicken which was gluten free was good. Also had the Mongolian beef which was good but not spicy whatsoever. The steamed rice that came with it was half full. I think it's because of all of the office workers like us, who work in the area. My friend ordered sesame chicken and it downright delicious as well. To drink I ordered the manzana juice drink, and my friend ordered a bottled water. Our Server was on it today, and she checked back with us a couple of times while h was nice. There was no wait for anything, and I would give the service here five stars. I am a big fan of Chinese food, and this restaurant definitely ranks at the top of my list. Some of the Chinese food buffets downtown do not always serve the most fresh food, but this restaurant proved to be much better by all standards.
