Maureen is kind, patient and informed. We settled on RF microneedling and set up an appointment. Pre-procedure instructions and prep were perfect. Careful consideration to my skin type. Full disclosures so I was making a fully informed decision. The procedure itself was totally manageable. She has lots of tips and tricks to get you through any discomfort but I barely had any (see note on prep). It doesn't hurt that she has excellent music taste. And then afterwards the post procedure instructions were clear and generous. I went home with a week's worth of skin care supplies. TBD how my skin does with this treatment but what matters most to this review is that this was a seamless, supported experience for this skin care newbie and I will be back. I am prone to migraines, and Adelise taught me techniques to treat my migraines at home. She also gives a discount to people who are surviving the battle with cancer. On my second visit, yesterday, I had an Aphrodite facial with Karen. Karen was great. We sat down first and she asked what I wanted to get out of my experience. Basically I explained I never had a facial before, and I did not know what my skin type was. I just wanted my skin cleaned up a bit and some relaxation.
