Your Favorite Kharacters was a wonderful addition to our annual community event! We found them…read morethrough Bash, and the henna station was a huge hit with our attendees. The artist arrived on time, provided excellent service, and everyone was excited to show off their beautiful henna designs. Our initial communication was a little awkward because I had to ask for the representative's name before I felt comfortable moving forward. As someone who values building relationships, I also would have appreciated knowing the artist's name in advance and being addressed by my name during our email exchanges. These are small details, but they help establish trust and create a more personal customer experience. That said, these are easy improvements to make and did not take away from the quality of the service. I especially appreciated receiving a thoughtful thank-you email after the event. Overall, I highly recommend Your Favorite Kharacters. We have developed lasting relationships with many Bash vendors who return to support our annual Cookout with a Cause, and I hope this is the beginning of a long-term partnership with Your Favorite Kharacters as well. We would gladly work with them again.

Leading up to the party, their communication was transparent, friendly, and very timely! They worked with me to come up with the right services for my price point, which was greatly appreciated. The face painting was a HUGE hit at the party and all the kids were showing off their wonderful results! They ranged from butterflies, to flowers, to chameleons, to Super Mario! We also opted to have pre-made balloon animals and I was taken aback by how cute they turned out! We had elephants, tigers, monkeys, and unicorns! I would highly recommend Your Favorite Kharacters for any event! They truly are a one stop shop for all your party needs. You will not be disappointed!

I will be using them from now on for all of our kids party entertainment. They played games, did some balloon twisting, and even face painting! Highly recommended!

Worst rental experience ever if I didn't go personally to the office I wouldn't have believed that…read morethis company was even legit. I ordered china, catering equipment, and a dance floor for my daughter's wedding for 85 guests. I meet with sales adviser, Melody for advice especially on the dance floor just to be sure my order was correct. I had no knowledge of what was needed, so I trusted her advice and placed an order solely based off of her recommendation. The dance floor delivered was literally a half of a square!!! It couldn't even be linked together to make a square. Obviously she has zero clue how the pieces link together. Even the delivery drivers said they knew something was wrong with the order when they picked it up. When I tried to get the company to correct their mistake and bring two more squares (I even said I'd pay for it) they told me they wouldn't be able to deliver it on Saturday because nobody would be there and the best they could do was lay it outside of their office before they closed for me to pick up?! So basically if someone stole it before I got there the liability would be on me. Why would a company even suggest leaving their inventory outside unattended?! To top it off when the delivery drivers came back to pick up the order apparently they had zero idea of what they were supposed to be picking up and left a portion of the order at the venue. Apparently the office staff failed to communicate that with them. This company doesn't seem organized or knowledgeable about their products at all based off the advice and service I received. I would not recommend them for any significant event such as a wedding, and would strongly suggest shopping around for someplace else. The entire process was a classic example of "You get what you pay for." I regret renting from them and wish I would've paid more and went with "Please Be Seated" or someplace else instead.
