The artist arrived on time, provided excellent service, and everyone was excited to show off their beautiful henna designs. Our initial communication was a little awkward because I had to ask for the representative's name before I felt comfortable moving forward. As someone who values building relationships, I also would have appreciated knowing the artist's name in advance and being addressed by my name during our email exchanges. These are small details, but they help establish trust and create a more personal customer experience. That said, these are easy improvements to make and did not take away from the quality of the service. I especially appreciated receiving a thoughtful thank-you email after the event. Overall, I highly recommend Your Favorite Kharacters. We have developed lasting relationships with many Bash vendors who return to support our annual Cookout with a Cause, and I hope this is the beginning of a long-term partnership with Your Favorite Kharacters as well. Leading up to the party, their communication was transparent, friendly, and very timely! They worked with me to come up with the right services for my price point, which was greatly appreciated. The face painting was a HUGE hit at the party and all the kids were showing off their wonderful results! They ranged from butterflies, to flowers, to chameleons, to Super Mario! We also opted to have pre-made balloon animals and I was taken aback by how cute they turned out! We had elephants, tigers, monkeys, and unicorns!
