Not only was it her first day, but you never would have known it. She was patient, friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer questions and help me find exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed, and her positive attitude made a stressful day a whole lot easier. As a mom who is usually juggling work, life, and trying to pull together celebrations at the eleventh hour, that kind of kindness goes a long way. What made it even more special was realizing this was actually the second year in a row I've relied on this store for my son's birthday. Last year was a difficult one, and this year, once again, Ultimate Party Super Store came through when I needed it. If you're planning a birthday, baby shower, graduation, or any celebration, start here. And if you're in Hendersonville, pair them with Lili Bella's Bakery just around the corner and you've got everything you need in one trip: amazing decorations, cakes, cookies, and cupcakes. Thank you, Kimberly, for making your first day such a great experience for me. If this is how you treat customers on day one, you're going to do amazing. I'll definitely be back.

I proceeded around the store with my daughter when she touched a balloon and the lady yelled at me with a very rude tone said can you not let your daughter do that in disgusting manner? Or maybe one second when my daughter touched the balloon so I did not see her do it and then stopped it right away of course. There was no reason for attitude towards me as a first-time customer or customer at general display definitely needs better customer service as not one single person there helped. I proceeded to leave as I wasn't going to give this business my money as I was planning on buying over 2000 balloons for a giant event that I will not be using this company.

The balloon literally popped in my car 10 minutes after buying. They blamed it all on me and wouldn't replace it. She told me "there should have been a bag around it." Even though they didn't put one around it. Made me pay 1/2 price for a new one bc "Helium was so expensive!" The $20 worth of balloons wasn't the issue. The issue was the customer service and the way they treated the customer. I'll never spend another dollar at this place and honestly dont think anyone else should either.

This company WOULD NOT give me my down payment back as if I canceled my event. I have been using this company for all my events for 4 years and thought they would have a LITTLE COMPASSION because of the situation.....but they didn't. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY!

My main issues were that (1) after requesting my reservation on their site (for tables and chairs), I was informed that delivery had a $75 minimum (before tip and fees); and (2) after signing my contract for delivery several weeks in advance, and just a couple days before our event, I was informed that delivery would only be made to the first floor. I would have chosen a different vendor had this been made clear upfront, as the main purpose of delivery was to have things taken to our actual event space.

I rented 350 chairs and 27 tables for my daughter's wedding. I worked with Vanessa on reserving…read morethem and she was helpful to respond quickly and make any changes necessary as the wedding day approached. The problem came when the chairs arrived. We ordered 175 white and 175 brown wooden chairs. The white chairs were dirty with some mold but we were able to clean them with some work. The brown wooden chairs were scratched, broken, and covered in mold. We cleaned them repeatedly, but could not remove the mold. The wooden farm tables were chipped, with crooked legs and water stains on the tops. The 8 and 10 ft. banquet tables had plywood tops with holes in them. Several of them needed 2 tablecloths to cover them just to hide this. I called and was told that "We've been renting these chairs for like 20 years, so there are going to be some scratches on them" and in regards to the mold "I guess the last people that rented them left them out in the rain". That was their explanation for the condition of the chairs we received. I asked to speak with the manager, Austin, and he was not available for several days. He did answer after many calls and said that the condition of his chairs and tables was the "industry standard" and that as far as the mold, he might need to do some re-training with his staff. I called repeatedly and he was never available to speak to him again, as he was either out making deliveries or out of town. I asked for at least a partial refund for the broken, damaged and moldy chairs and have yet to receive anything. Please just be warned about this company. You will not get what you think you are paying for.I asked for the owner's name and contact information, but was told they really didn't know who owned it. I feel like the owner would like to know how this business is actually being run. I am including a few pictures of the chairs and tables, but there were just too many to include them all.

I didn't want to go the negative review route, but I find myself here since Randy Spencer wanted to hold a credit against a future date this year, no refund. I went under contract about two months before our sweet friends wedding as a gift to this young couple. The date notated is March 19th, which is about when my deposit was processed. Then the world shut down and the kids wedding reception slated for May 2nd, didn't happen. When I hired Nashville DJ- Randy Spencer, he was flexible and fluid to work with. He took a $100 deposit, but has since refused to refund the $100 after the kids had to cancel. Out of curiosity I contacted Nashville Party Authority (whom I've used in the past) to see what their refund policy is under these extraordinary circumstances and Blair, (the owner) said they give 100% refund. He also said his company doesn't process deposits in advance in case there is a cancellation and for this very reason. SO, BUYERS BEWARE.
