Eduardo came out and within 24 hours emailed a quote for the job. It was very reasonable so I told Eduardo that I was ready to have him start the job. Within a week the job was started as promised. The day before the job was to start I changed my plans, adding steps off of the ramp. Eduardo altered the plan and the quote, again, very reasonable. Within hours Eduardo adjusted the plan and quote. No problem for him. Eduardo and crew started the next day. From the beginning E & J was professional. The design was solid and exceeded my expectations in every way. Eduardo was always on top of things. One night he worked until 10:45pm. Another day until 8:45pm. He used 2" x 6" floor and 4'' x 4" post anchored to the cement of my patio. The ramp floor and rails were solid as a rock. I had requested a 38" rail height to accommodate my 6' 4" reach. Again, no problem. The ramp looks great from the street and probably looks better than my house. :) Anyway, E & J and Eduardo earn a top 5 star rating from me. Count me as another happy 5 star customer.

From start to finish, the team was professional, respectful, and extremely thorough in their work. They took the time to ensure everything was done correctly, paid close attention to detail, and left the work area spotless when the job was complete. What stood out most was that they didn't leave until they felt they had done their very best and were confident the job was completed properly. It's refreshing to find a company that takes such pride in its work. I highly recommend Servis Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy plumbers.

They're my go-to for anything plumbing-related, and I'd definitely recommend them--especially if you're a first-time homeowner trying to figure out who you can trust. Took time to understand the situation (really slow water pressure in one bathroom and small drip that sounded like a leak). They replaced 3 bathtub drains that were corroded, fixed the issue with the water pressure and found what the drip was without putting holes in the ceiling below the bathtub (which was a plus). All works great and am very satisfied. Would recommend Farrell Plumbing & Cooling as a great option for those in the valley. p.s. They were recommended by a coworker for whom they had recently done some repairs. Since they were happy with the work and my prior plumber is no longer in business, I needed to find someone reputable. Will definitely use them again.

The kitchen circuit breaker had failed to trip when my wife and I were simultaneously using over 20 amps in the kitchen. I replaced all the circuit breakers (which I felt was old and faulty) and outlets, and plugs, looking myself for where the problem was. I had thought it was in the wiring in the walls and knew I needed a professional electrician to safely do the repair/rewiring as needed, because it was beyond my own handyman skills. Cesar came, and he gives free estimates. He quickly found the wiring problem. It was something I had missed, a ground wire had somehow failed, but he repaired it quickly, right on the spot. Both Cesar, and his brother/assistant, were very pleasant and polite. I felt very comfortable and at ease during their time in our home. The cost was only $75 for the labor to repair the ground wire's connection. I would certainly contact him again should I need any more electrical work in the future.
