updated: called june 2 2023 to give him another try on a resurvey of my property. gave the lady my information and again, never heard from them. i called june 6 2023 and was told "he is too busy & he is not giving out quotes". i told her, i didn't ask for a quote, i just needed him to resurvey my property. after questioning her, the truth came out that he does not want to do business with me because i wrote a review on his business. he still lost because a i found a very professional company that excels in customer service & satisfaction!! read more

contacted his office on 6/20/2022 to inquire cost about re-surveying my property he previous surveyed (have survey but needed remarked) called again on 6/22/2022 asking for update. told he's been busy would get back to me. called again 6/29/2022 told he is still very busy. no returned phone calls, 9 days wasted with him. i would definately find another company as he has no idea what customer service is nor to how to return phone calls seriously, i did not recommend many other survey companies in the rgv read more
