I spent money on an outfit, hair and makeup, which is a loss for me. As a professional myself, I think that was very unprofessional and irresponsible. At the least, I should have received a phone call explaining why and had the opportunity to reschedule since the cancellation was her fault. I would not recommended this photographer due to lack of communication, poor customer service, and her inability to be responsible and sympathetic to her customers. I do however understand things come up, but as a professional that's when you pick up the phone and explain to your customers what happened and how you will make it up to them. Do yourself a favor and find a professional that is not only an awesome photographer but is professional and has great communication skills.

If you want professional quality and are willing to invest in these memories that will last decades, then you won't find anyone in the Dallas area better than Brittanie. I read the other 2 reviews on here, and note that one is from 10 years ago before Brittanie was even the owner and should be removed. The other one is probably from someone who didn't read the information they were provided ahead of time. 5 Stars from us.
