Most recently, she took amazing shots of my family, including my 6 yr old daughter and 9 month old son for Christmas gifts and our Christmas card. It is never easy for me to take pictures of my kids and forget getting them both to look at the camera at the same time! I am always amazed at Amanda's ability to wrangle my kids, keep their attention, and take beautiful shots of them that I could never get myself. She is located in Burleson, tx now…read more I would've reviewed her on Facebook, but she blocked me after I sent her the included emails, so I'm listing this here. I have since heard from several people (including photographer friends that see her post on Facebook about her received complaints on photography groups) that I am not the first to have this experience with her and this is a pretty normal situation with her. If you have used her in the past, I highly recommend you review your portraits done by her. I hope that your portraits were great, but I know for a fact that I'm not alone in my experience and the fact that she wont correct it and blocks customers with issues has led me to this point. Important Information: I am a photographer myself and believe in supporting the industry. I have had over 10 portrait sessions in the past 6 years and they were completed by 5 different photographers. I strive to be the client I want to work with and love all of the portraits I've gotten with other photographers. I use different photographers to get different styles of portraits. I paid about $250 for the "model session" and an extra $200 to get all of the portraits from the session in advance. I received 47 portraits total, I am content with 5 of them. They all have severe editing issues like Cloning mistakes, Oversmothing of the skin, and AI generating issues. The portraits took place on June 25th, I received them on Aug 4th. I only reviewed them on my phone up until last night. I do print out large portraits from Smallwoods and hang them in my house, so quality matters. I have had other family members and other photographers review my photos as well and they agree they were badly edited. My goal here is to leave an honest review since she apparently doesn't allow people to do that on her Facebook site. And to hopefully stop this from happening to someone else. Im not sure if I have ever even left a bad review on here before, but this needs to be done. I don't want her to go out of business, I want her to do better for her clients. (I messed up on numbering the email photos, there is no number 3)

I found Tiffany's website by surfing the web. I contacted her via phone and we hit it off…read moreimmediately. It's important to feel comfortable when having your photos taken. I needed a head shot done very quickly for business cards and Tiffany came through. Her work is excellent, and her personality very friendly. She will quickly put you at your ease. She helped me decide what clothes to wear for my headshot and we were done in a flash. While I was there I got to see the other work she's done for families, including the blowup prints of babies. They turned out so well and are so cute! I am extremely satisfied with my headshot and look forward to seeing my new business cards. Her price was also reasonable.

Company took side of DJ- even though my daughter said that conversation never happened that night. So, they called the bride a liar, shrugged off the stopped music as she walked down the aisle. Was a guest at a wedding here recently. The manager of the venue was disrespectful and lacked any…read moresort of class. Men's restroom had no paper towels for the full duration of the event. Addressed it with the manager early on and she said it would be fixed. Was never fixed! The food was terrible and I almost damaged my teeth on a giant bone in the steak served. Addressed it with the manager again and all she could say was, "there do be bones in meat". Told her that if they had a more thorough process that all of this could have been avoided. On top of that another guest found a giant piece of plastic in their mashed potatoes. The managers response was that the potatoes come in a plastic bag and that's why it was found in the food. She took zero responsibility and also had no customer service skills. She could have apologized for the bone in my steak or the plastic bag cutting in the mashed potatoes but she made a choice to be combative rather than show any sort of remorse. @the Olana - the manager on duty during this event was the Latina with short bleach blonde fried hair w split ends. Do yourself a favor and find her replacement asap. I can guarantee you that no guests will ever be satisfied with her

We have been big fans of Jillian since we met her at a friend's wedding and knew she was the one for us! Despite the challenges of having a 2020 wedding, Jillian remained a source of hope and excitement as we re-planned and altered our wedding dreams. Jillian not only documented details of our beautiful day, but she captured the love and sheer joy of seeing, hugging, and celebrating with family and friends we had been isolated from all year. Her attention to detail and style evokes the bliss of the day and the depth of each relationship and I cannot recommend her enough. She is organized, thoughtful, and just the sweetest person ever. Made reservations for the intro to pottery class and made planters. When we first arrived…read moreeverything was laid out neatly and ready for us along with name tags where to sit. The staff were very friendly and helpful making sure that everyone was being helped. Before we started they gave us all a full run down of how to make the clay pots and what signs to look out for. The group we went with all had a great time and we all made some really nice planters, i look forward to attending more class for pottery but they also offer so much more from painting, sketching, stain glass, and more. I wish the pottery class had a whee spinning option or perhaps more intermediate/advanced classes that would allow us more options but overall it was a great experience.
