Wow! The folks at Carolina Charm Florist are AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about the…read moreservice (and genuine caring) provided by Lee, the owner, and her sister Julie. I was looking for an arrangement to have delivered to my aunt who has been moved into hospice care. My aunt is one of the sweetest, most wonderful people you could ever meet so I wanted it to be especially beautiful. I've had a couple of bad experiences with ordering expensive arrangements from highly rated florists only to have the delivered arrangement look nothing like the pictured/agreed upon arrangement (I assume they thought I would never know what was actually delivered). Given my relative's health situation, I didn't want the same to happen again and I couldn't have picked a better florist to ensure that it didn't. I saw a Teleflora arrangement on the Carolina Charm web site that was very pretty but not exactly what I was looking for. After just a few minutes on the phone with Julie (and with very vague information from me), they created a custom arrangement in the same price range as the Teleflora arrangement that was absolutely SPECTACULAR. They provided me with pictures of what they delivered (I don't know that I've ever seen as many flowers in a tabletop arrangement and every single one was beautiful) and they even managed to deliver it the same day. Needless to say my aunt was blown away by the arrangement and other family members said they were amazed at the size and quality of the arrangement. I can't say thank you enough to the folks at Carolina Charm Florist for providing such a beautiful way to remind my aunt of how much she is loved.

I requested a small, deluxe sympathy arrangement in white and peach flowers to be delivered to a friend's home on Thursday. Mandy let me know that if I was willing to wait for a Friday delivery, she would have more peach flowers to choose from, so I agreed. I also asked for a white bow. On Friday, Mandy called to let me know that she couldn't get ahold of the contact person whose phone number I had provided. I was, however, able to reach an alternate, and I called Mandy back with his number. Even though Mandy's delivery boy, (her dad, how sweet!) had left to do his rounds by that time, she called him back to get my arrangement. It was delivered on time to my grieving friends, and it was gorgeous. (See attached pic.) The wait for the extra peach flowers was worth it. Thank you for making the suggestion, Mandy! I highly recommend Bloomers for all your floral needs!
