His Henderson office is in a new building and the waiting area was comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. I've had a total of 4 appointments here and the average wait time was 15 minutes. Dr. Sayal comes across with a pleasant demeanor and genuine caring for his patients. He has examined me, gave me a treatment plan, and answered all my questions. He did not rush our appointments which is always appreciated. I can see why he has such high Google reviews. They are well deserved.

Her assistant Robert no longer works there, so Dr. Bhatia did all the testing herself, with my mom. She is so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and quick! The last time my mom had these test done it took almost double the time. Dr. Bhatia got my mom through all her tests with ease all while congratulating her on her improvements with her lungs and breathing. I have been dealing with my mom's breathing problems for many years. Every doctor we have went to gives my mom an inhaler and tells her that it's only gonna get worse with age. Dr. Bhatia has never said that once. She is encouraging, answers every single question we have, tells my mom she's proud of the improvements she's made and does it all with a smile. This appointment the entire office ran so, so smoothly and in less than half the time it took with my mom's last appointment with Dr. Bhatia assistant. I'm sure it's more work for Dr. Bhatia to do everything herself, but honestly, we were so happy with having her complete everything from start to finish. Please, if you are wondering if this is a good place to go for yourself or a family member, DO NOT HESITATE! You will not be disappointed! It's usually that the staff can't get along with each other, it's not the doctors fault. Dr. Bhatia is an excellent doctor she is compassionate and really cares about her patients. You can see she has so many 5 star reviews which should tell you she is an excellent doctor. There are very few doctors in the Las Vegas area that have that many 5 star Reviews. So as long as the doctor is still there that's all that should matter.

Thankfully I heard about Dr. McKnight ! My son saw him for about 2 years and then was completely healed and no longer has to follow up with him. We are very happy about that. I had chronic idiopathic urticaria when I used to live in LA but became well-controlled for years and then recurred in 2020. My son was still seeing Dr. McKnight then and so I also started seeing him then. My urticaria has definitely improved and are now well-controlled. Treatment plan was all medications (no shots were required). I was also found to have seasonal allergies and are also well-controlled with the treatment plan I am on. I am very happy with the medical care I have received and continue to receive. Everyone in the office - front desk and in the clinic- are all nice, friendly, patient and always with a good demeanor. I like the option that I am able to book my follow up appointment 6 months out and their calendar is available that far out. I also like that when the office sends the appointment reminder there is an option to check in online which I always do so that the office check in is quick. Clinic is clean. I got bilateral pneumonia and chest tightness with reactive airway for months after. I had to see a pulmonologist for the first time, and he did some testing. He believed my allergies were not under control and they caused me to have COVID19 complications. As soon as I started feeling better, I made an appointment with Dr. McKnight. I wish I would've done it sooner! He is so thorough and smart. He had allergies as a child and had to get allergy shots (allergy immunotherapy) for years. Therefore, he's very understanding. He puts everything he suggests in writing for you to take home. It's been a long time since I've met a healthcare provider who provides such quality service. I teach at a local nursing school, so I like asking questions. I want to understand why a treatment is beneficial and all options. Dr. McKnight always answered my questions, provided all options, and allowed me to make an educated and informed decision. He also gave me the most detailed explanation of how I should begin to exercise again because after COVID19, I kept getting a tight chest with exercise. I monitor my heart rate now, thanks to Dr. McKnight. I loved Dr. McKnight's office so much, I brought two of my kids who suffer from allergies to see him, too.
