Larry answered my call right away and was able to come by within 24 hours to give us an estimate. We ordered the tile, and Larry's tile guy, Chris, installed it. It looks beautiful! My general contractor (who doesn't do tile work) was at the house while Chris was doing the install, and he said Chris was extremely meticulous with his tile cuts, measurements, which tiles he used, etc. We are super pleased with the end result, and I will definitely be using Larry again for future projects. Larry was very professional, very specific about which grouts did better than others and various other details, and very good about communicating with us. We're very happy with our new floor!

I would give him a minus 10 for ruining a lovely deck because of his lack of knowledge and deceit claiming he was a pro. When he claimed the job was through, I asked, why are there white streaks and blotches all over the entire deck and handrails? He told me, " It takes 24 hours for it to dry..." I give him a minus 50 for claiming that he stands behind his work, yet walks away with my $1200 without trying to repair the work he botched. Castro claimed, that the entire mess was my fault because I bought the wrong stain and sealer from Home Depot. Our texts prove that I purchased exactly what he told me to. Another $400 was lost on Castro's incompetence. Even if I had purchased the wrong thing, wouldn't you think he would want to return it to Home Depot and get the correct product? The guy had no clue about restaining a deck. And even less of a clue how important it is to have enough integrity to stand behind your word and work. Try to repair the mistakes you make on the job you contracted for. And never intentionally screw your client. Everyone who hires independent contractors - Take a photo of the driver's license. Never pay using cash or a cash app. Check out their contractor's license. And of course, never hire Edwin Castro. A contractor without integrity is a dangerous beast. No telling what he might screw up next time.
