Perfect spot for brunch. Must try the mega mimosas. Love the collection of different dishes full of flavor. Vibes are high and service is great. Great addition in the heart of Westport.

Better than the OP location. Not a big fan of their sausage patties but enjoyed my breakfast overall.

The food was mid but even worse it gave me food poisoning. I suspect the biscuits and gravy. Avoid if you value your health!

The Waffler Theyhad the most unique waffles we've ever experienced! They were hot, fresh and made to order! The strawberry waffle and vanilla waffle were both delicious! There were chunks of fresh strawberries in the waffle and we opted for cinnamon and sugar on our vanilla waffle which made it even more delicious! Our dogs were absolutely in love with the woofles! They each had one and were begging for more! 5 paws all around! I love that they were in a individually wrapped package of 5 so you can save them if they are too big for your little pup.

The Waffler is preparing Euro street food in the form of Liege waffles (you may know them better as Belgian-style) and these fluffy, yeast-assisted, waffled discs are sensational platforms for multiple purposes. Whether you are wandering the streets of Brussels or Lenexa, the art of the Liege waffle is timeless. You can top them with fruit, spread on peanut butter or Nutella (my daughter's jam), or get your Southern funk on by dropping a piece of fried chicken on a stack. Liege style waffles are light enough to hold the crunch even after fruits are dropped on and sturdy enough to support chicken and gravy. Think of their culinary utility much the same as a tortilla, only with a different skill to the prep and a more robust flavor. This Waffler encounter had us sampling the basics, the vanilla waffle for me and my foodie sidekick with an orange-infused options. Both were delightful, dusted with powdered sugar, crisp, light, and classic. The vanilla went down so easily that I had to sample the Quiche Lorraine (or Quiche La-Poodle for you B-52's fans) and this eggy fave did not disappoint. Light, done perfectly on top and oh so savory. You're dropping $5 for a single waffle (or you can go $8 for a full chicken and waffles stack), so if you can pair the waffle with a great cup of coffee or fancypants coffee drink, you're in at $10-ish for a rather unique breakfast experience, and that's kind of the point. You want Eggos and Folgers? Yeah, I've been there, but thanks to options like The Waffler parked next to a Roasterie, I've stepped up my game. Pro tip: If you're wearing black, then beware the powdered sugar. The slightest breeze reminds you later of your choices. Since I did the waffle on my lap, I was bedazzled with sugar shrapnel on my black sweats. Kind of reminiscent of my high school geometry teacher, who was always chalk-dusted on the back of his blazer. Dude knew his angles, though.

The team was very busy having multiple tables at once, the bartender as well she had the bar and a section or two of tables, she was nice enough to advise us of that. I like when servers and everyone are honest and don't leave you hanging, we had enough time to review the menu we ordered drinks and our food, the wait for the food was awhile but with it because it was so good! I ordered the chicken biscuit with the hot honey chipotle sauce with a scrambled egg on top. The food was amazing! Definitely make a reservation if you're visiting on a Saturday or Sunday, or you'll be stuck waiting on the sidewalk! My favorite dish is the Tuscan Benedict! Parking is hard on River Market on the weekends, so incorporate brunch into a whole day of adventure in River Market. Parking is more accessible on weekdays.

You've got the best neighborhood charm, the BEST breakfast and lunch fare, and honestly some of the nicest folks in town working. It's still a small space so again getting there early can be key on peak days, but the last time I was in it was easy to find a spot. I had a seasonal item, a breakfast torta, and honestly it was one of those meals where I was full halfway through but kept eating because it was just that good. Can't wait to return.

The sandwich came on this thick toast that was super crunchy, in a good way. The inside had Fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and some aioli that tied everything together without being too much. It wasn't greasy, just rich and satisfying. I had fresh fruit on the side, which I appreciated after that salty-savory hit from the sandwich. What surprised me was how filling it was. I wasn't hungry again for hours, but I didn't feel gross after eating it. The coffee was bottomless and good. The vibe inside was chill, cozy, kind of like hanging out in someone's artsy kitchen. The staff was friendly! I loved all the fresh flowers and artwork adorning the tables and bulletin board. It added a nice touch to the eclectic vibe.

The options are endless (seriously, you'd have to stay all day to try everything), but that's the fun of it--trying a little of everything. The mini waffles were the highlight: fresh, soft, and fluffy with a cranberry sauce that was chef's kiss. Plus, the cutest little individual syrups. Crispy bacon, made-to-order eggs, and flavorful breakfast potatoes with peppers were all on point. They also go way beyond breakfast--fried chicken, mac and cheese, fresh fruit, salads, shrimp with cocktail sauce, and tons of desserts. And being inside Union Station makes it even better. It's beautiful, spacious, and open, with high ceilings that make it feel like you're not even in the Midwest. Come hungry--you'll want to try it all.

Union Station is absolutely beautiful and worth stopping in to see if you've never been there! We knew we were going to visit the station and looked up restaurants to see if anything looked good. Harvey's menu caught our eyes, with its southern flare, and luckily didn't require reservations. My grandmother, Aunt, and myself were all seated quickly, and our waitress asked for and brought us our drinks out super fast. The restaurant was a little loud seeing as how it's inside of a train station full of people! With that being said, I've been in louder restaurants and this wasn't that bad. I ordered Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles with a cup of Gumbo, my Aunt ordered the Gourmet Grilled Cheese with Sweet Potato Fries, and my grandma ordered a Prime Rib French dip. We all shared hot pimento cheese dip. First of all that cheese dip was to die for. I've only ever had cold pimento cheese and was not a fan... obviously it's because hot pimento cheese is the way to go!!! My Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles was amazing. I think the waffle batter needed a little salt, but otherwise it was perfect. The gumbo was a little spicy and packed with flavor... just the way I like it!! My grandma's French dip thankfully on soft bread for her to eat, and the meat was sliced thin enough for her to chew. My auntie ordered the gourmet grilled cheese, and that thing was on firrreeee!! Her sweet potato fries came with a side of marshmallow fluff that had cinnamon in it, she was literally scraping the cup of that clean! We noticed they have a breakfast buffet on the weekends and one coming up for Mother's Day, that we might make reservations for!!! The food was fantastic and we seriously can't wait to go back for more.

Our friends joined us and we again started with the Elote Tater Tots, which are a gift to mankind. They're truly awesome. Both of them were very good. The crème brûlée might've been a bit better. This was a much improved experience from our last visit, where some of the items were either lacking flavor or way too salty.
