I would also like to state when searching for an attorney make sure you gather all of your facts to present to the attorney. Do as much research as you can. Once I sat down with the attorney he asked me a ton of questions that were very pertinent to the case. Had he not asked specific questions I would not have chosen him. The attorney gathered all his facts and advised me of the the possibility of petitioning for my husband. Of course I reciprocated and asked a lot of questions as well. I had a list of questions and he answered them all. I feel this attorney is knowledgeable and definitely knows what he is doing. Also a key point to take into consideration is that this attorney's has a cheaper fee than other attorneys here in Nevada. This didn't play a factor in my decision to contract him.
