In July of 2014 my wife and I approached Darren via email from Thailand for advice about applying for an Immigration Visa. Before that point we were completely overwhelmed and confused with the complexity of the process. Darren & Katya took the time over a lengthy Skype meeting to listen to our case and offer the soundest plan of action. They explained and broke down the process into terms that we could finally understand and by September 2014 we had them submit my wife's Immigrant Visa application. The hardest part was the months of waiting after everything was submitted but at least we were able to have confidence that everything was done correctly on our part.
