It was as pleasant an experience as possible for me. I had a many appointments to get all the work done. Dr. Olson and his staff were aware of my phobia. He and his staff were kind, accommodating, warm and friendly. They treated me with kid gloves, exactly what I needed. I'm grateful to them. They also worked with me financially. They have stopped their relationship with Delta Dental so that they could make more money and that has made it less affordable for those using their services with that insurance. I recently went to get my teeth cleaned after they stopped being a DD provider and was charged nearly $400 for my care. I was told by my hygenist that I would get reimbursed with a possible loss of about $30. I only was reimbursed about $120 of that $400.
