I have used Arrowhead Orthodontics for both of my children's orthodontic needs. They have exceeded expectation both times! Such ease of making appointments, and speed of getting them in and out. Today I made the call to schedule my 2nd child's appointment to have his braces removed. Valarie answered the phone and I believe she was more excited than I was to make that appointment. People who answer the phone and work at the reception desk are the first voice, and face we see. She was such a breath of fresh air! Every time I walk into the arrowhead orthodontist I am greeted with a big smile from the front desk ladies. The staff for arrowhead orthodontist is always happy and cheerful, the treat me like I am one of their friends instead of just a patient. When I have a question about my teeth they answer it very truthfully. I was really nervous about the process hurting, but the staff went out of their way to have my mouth feel comfortable. Arrowhead Orthodontics has very friendly and knowledgeable staff and doctors. I've been a patient here for about a year and a half now and my experience with them has been great! They have a lot of patients but they still make a point to make your visits personal. For the most part, the appoints don't take more than 15 minutes and they are able to schedule around what you have going on to make it easiest for you. The doctors and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. When consulting with us about our 2 children that both needed braces and oral surgery at the same time they answered all of our questions so that we felt comfortable and confident in the whole process. All doctors are great here. My husband and I both decided to double team the braces department and we both are happy with the doctors and staff. SUPER nice!
