I won't ever come back to this place. I rented a trencher, took it home thru the streets because the trailer that comes with the trencher has no freeway tires. One hour 15 min to get home, pull it downs and the throttle cable was lose ( faulty machine), put it back on the trailer and drove back. They still charged me full amount (a complete day rental $165) talk to Mario and Sam they said they would charge me only $100 I guess just to take the machine in a road trip because did not work. Sam told me next time rent an equipment close to home and I should learn my lesson, really??!! Check my bank account they still haven't give me my deposit back and charged me full $165 for the rental. Stay away from this place. read more

This place is legit. This is the second time in 5 years i rented chairs/tables. Both times i noticed how on point and professional the people were. It was super non-hassle and seems to be a family type business which is an extra bonus. Love supporting the locals if i can. It was super cheap and no hassle. We had to delay an event due to covid and the owner said he would honor our agreement for the new date. The owner even confirmed this the day before we were scheduled to pick up the rental items for the revised date. At the last minute...the day of the pick up....the owner I formed us that we would have to pay again for the rental effectively doubling our cost. He didn't follow through and perform as he said he would. I went to a nearby party rental company and they quickly pulled together what we needed....at a lower price!!! I will not use Arrow again!!!!! read more

We had a wedding at our house so I went to Arrow to rent tables, chairs, napkins, tablecloths, champagne flutes and water pitchers. I decided it was totally worth it to add on delivery and pick up, after the event, for an additional $75. We ordered the ivory chairs and table linens which we were very pleased with. Easy to work with and give us exactly what we wanted/needed. This is the second time my organization has used Arrow Rentals for a big event. Super RUDE when my Mother n law went to return some chairs we rented for our beach wedding a older man she didn't catch his name was being rude because of some sand on the bottom of the chairs she started to clean them for him shes 60 years old and went alone thinkn it was goin to be easy drop off he told her I should charge you for returning dirty chairs it was a lil sand on a few chairs he tells her GET OUTTA HERE BEFORE I CHANGE MY MIND we paid alot of money to rent from here with a deposit they Need better customer service I shlda listened to the other yelpers read more

I'm honestly surprised to see all these positive reviews. I had pretty much the opposite experience. Their prices are okay, competitive enough with the other guys. What they lack in convenience they make up with in lousy customer service. They do nothing to help you out. The owner complained about all his other customers and how they break his equipment. He did nothing to accommodate a pretty simple request I had. I recently found out there is another rental company right down the street. I have no idea how this place keeps repeat customers with a competitor so close. I get annoyed just thinking about this place. read more

Great place to rent pretty much anything. Since 1955, Arrow has been renting to sacramento. I rented some chairs and an out door heater, service was really good, heater saved the party and when I returned all the items, they came running out, took care of everything, just had to sign paper work and I was on my way, fast, really fast. Horrible customer service! Before I wasted my time and fuel to go there, I specifically asked how long a their pressure washer would run. I was told four times the actual run that the pressure washer actually delivered. When I return it and complained the proprietor blamed me for not doing my research without even asking if I previously enquired about run times. Then further dug himself into a hole telling that ppl should always have spare fuel. Why should I when the washer reportedly ran 4x the time that I needed"? Idiots!! Why is everyone lying on here, this "business" is bs don't go here shady, shady,shady! The chairs I bought I returned them the very next day and got better ones because the weight capacity is 250 lbs and the chairs were extremely cheap! On top of that my $100 deposit never was recieved and the guy who works there basically said I won't see a pending transaction my money is basically suppose to magically appear in my account. I rented a tractor with rototiller from Arrow. The rototiller attachment broke while I was using it. I lost half the rental day I paid for (~$300/day), and when I returned the equipment they wanted to act like I was responsible for the damage and would have to pay. Given the array of options out there, I would not rent equipment from them. Maybe party rentals, but I would not rent equipment here. read more

I've rented tables and chairs for parties from Arrow 2x last summer and plan to use them again this summer for all of my rental needs. It's a family run business, they allways have what I need, never had any issues with reservations, pick ups or returns. The customer service is good. Not over the top friendly and outgoing, but definitly not rude in anyway. They take care of business. We also plan on using them for equipment rentals for yard work as needed. I recently held a wedding at the Rose Garden for a client of mine, and the service was awesome! Mario, and another gentleman delivered the chairs, canopy, and tables. They both were SO nice. They set them up, and help take them down as well (Very quickly I might add.) Especially on such a hot day, Mario was a doll to work with, even when we wanted to move the Canopies around. I rented an auger on a Saturday and was charged $80 a day for the rental and $100 deposit. I put both charges on my debit card and never received the deposit back. I waited 6 business days for the refund to my card to no avail. I called Arrow to ask for it back and they told me it would "just drop off" as it should of been pending and no a charge. Well. I tried to explain the money came out, but no deposit went in. So, I had to call my bank which gave me a provisional credit and they opened an investigation against Arrow. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. Southside Rentals has the auger for $25 a day, so next time...lesson learned. read more
