They were there 12 hours that day. There's no way they didn't see it. They had to come back and fix it the next day. They removed the gutter screens and left several of them thrown on the ground at the back of the house. I'm still finding roofing nails in my yard, and on my driveway. After they finished our Direct TV wasn't working and we couldn't fix it from the trouble shooting menu. We thought maybe it just needed to be recalibrated. Direct TV sent a service rep. Come to find out when they moved the satellite dish to do that part of the roof they bent it. Instead of saying anything they just put it back where it was . Called the business answering service days ago, no response.

They removed all dead wood from the Pergola and replaced it with new wood that they went and picked up from Home Depot. They removed all cabinet doors, painted, dried and put them back. They painted the movie room to match the cabinets. They brought rubber mulch from a vendor and spread it all along my huge (2 acre lot) yard. Only thing they ever asked was a bottle of cold water when working under a hot sun. I recommend this company whole heartedly, whether you have a minor touch up or a major Sheetrock repair. Not only that, they were able to get my insurance company to pay for 2/3 of the price. They were more than professional and courteous, and amazing. They also re-roof the metal roof on my deck. Afterward, I saw some nails sticking down out of the metal on the deck and I have never seen that before so I notified the project manager. Project manager was in Europe at the time but once he returned, he jumped on it and the owner contacted me that same evening. Turned out the nails were supposed to be there but the former roof did not have that transition metal. I will definitely hire them for projects in the future.
