They cannot be trusted. They have the worst level of support / service I have ever experienced. We have been trying for a month to get repairs on a couple of solar panels. They have scheduled an appointment 5 times and 5 times have not showed up. It had gotten to the point where I had to reach out the day before to confirm they were still going to show up. Then, I had to contact them the day of when they "missed" each appointment and no one showed up. If you try calling the phone number on the website, no one answers, and you cannot leave a voicemail because the "voicemail box is full". This just reiterates how unresponsive and unreliable they are. read more

I started ARP Solar in 2008 after spending my entire adult life and much of my youth in construction. My father continued a family commercial construction business started by my great grandfather and It was impressed on me at a very young age the value of hard work and the pride of a job well done. I try very hard to continue that legacy at ARP Solar.
