Vicens is the heart behind Aromes Sant Andreu. Born and raised in Barcelona, he grew up surrounded by the simple pleasures of neighbourhood life: the smell of fresh coffee, the sound of early-morning cafés opening their doors, and the warmth of knowing everyone by name. Those moments shaped him more than he ever realised.
Before opening Aromes, Vicens spent years working with people, learning how much difference kindness, patience and a good conversation can make in someone’s day. He always believed that a café should be more than a place to eat—it should feel like a home, a pause, a breath.
With that spirit, he created Aromes Sant Andreu: a small café built on authenticity, premium ingredients, and genuine hospitality. Vicens is the kind of owner who remembers your favourite drink, who stops to chat even on the busiest mornings, and who treats every guest like part of the community.
