The office environment is very fun (they have old skool arcade games!) and is a great place for young and "old" kids to get orthodontic treatment. Dr. Paige is very warm and friendly and his staff is on top of everything. They ensured that I was happy with my teeth. I really enjoyed my treatment, and I love my new smile! I set up to receive treatment, Invisalign, took the scans/pictures and set up my follow-up appointment to begin treatment. I called them the day of my appointment to see if I could get an early appointment only to find out my appointment had been canceled. I inquired as to why my appointment was canceled and was told they were unable to confirm that I got the previously scheduled work needed completed. I ensured the receptionist that the treatment had been completed. She then stated she had to call and confirm with my dentist office. I then thought, well if that is the protocol why didn't/hasn't that already taken place, but no worries let's move forward. The receptionist verifies treatment has been completed and schedules my appointment for the following day. Today, I take off from work arrive early for my appointment only to be told "We can't start your treatment today". Why can't treatment be started, you may ask, THEY NEVER ORDER THE INITIAL TRAYS! Is that a huge issue not really, HOWEVER the amount of time it takes for the trays to be produced is WEEKS. They had all the information and payment, might I add, to send for the trays to be created and be available to start treatment TODAY. Did they know yesterday that trays were not there? I'm sure. Did they know when I called the office this morning that the trays weren't available? Absolutely! Did they know when I arrived that the trays weren't available? You guessed it, they did. Why waste someone's time as if any of us have time to waste. Needless to say, Paige Orthodontics is not helping me smile with confidence and I am highly disgusted in the manner that I was treated well in the case of treatment, I guess, not treated.

Garnier, sign in, and ask how long the wait will be, knowing they are always behind. They said they don't have that information for my doctor, but the other doctors are 20-30 minutes behind. I accept, because I anticipated this disappointment already. 11:40: still waiting, I walk up to the front and ask again, how much longer, the nurse said she'd check. She came back and said she didn't know. 12:10: finally brought back by the medical assistant. Now having to wait in room. 12:18: the medical assistant leaves, finished with her portion. 12:45PM: still waiting on doctor. Went out to check, they said she'll be right with me. Meanwhile, I can hear the medical professionals giggling about patients infections and IUDs and urine samples outside of my door. 12:48-12:54: dr garnier came into to chat with me, didn't seem concerned about my condition, which an urgent care doctor insisted on visiting my regular doctor about, and then left. Detail oriented, focus on the patient, efficient, kind. I found Dr. Lewis, as the winner / top votes by Houstonians for the Houston Chronicle's 2020 Best of the Best Dentist!! I called in after breaking my front veneers. I was totally frazzled calling, and the staff were calm, understanding and said for me to come in and they would find a space to fit me in. FYI I'm a new patient too. I arrive, the office is beautiful, all the measures for safety during Covid were taken and the staff, just like on the phone, were lovely. Including Sandra! Elisabeth, Office Dental Assistant, now takes me into one of the patient rooms. Another wonderful room - huge, clean, TV screens to see images taken in office. I personally think it says a lot when a Dr. takes pride and invests in their office space. Anyway, Elisabeth was so lovely, warm and welcoming. She was clearly very knowledgeable, a perfectionist and just great. She talked with me the whole time before the Dr. came in and assured me of the office goals/integrity. DR. GUY LEWIS IS THE BEST. THE BEST. Talked me through all my options, what was present. Didn't try to skip over anything, instead explained it all. I had immediately felt informed and a lot calmer. He thought long term and over all best options, FYI none of these being ones that just meant more $, nor was he pushy towards a specific option in the slightest. It was SO clear that he just cares a lot about his work, takes pride in it and the happiness of any client walking in there. There are honestly a millions things that I could list to how Dr. Lewis sets himself apart from any other Dentist. Of my favorite qualities, is that his goal is patient satisfaction...HE LISTENS. He didn't brush over me wanting to explain what I was looking for. He didn't make me feel as if he were internally eye rolling. The total opposite. He encouraged sending pictures and so on. He wants to hear feedback and opinions so he can customize and perfect. Yet another testimony to this guy, you know someone is actually capable and confident in their performance, when they don't take client preference personal but for exactly what they are...a personal preference. He's not a "one way fits all" Dentist to say the least! Too often than not I have felt Dr's try to rush through patient's wanting to talk/explain. I get it, it is frustrating hearing the same thing over, using descriptions with zero professional insight and so on. But it is our face, teeth, money. Instead Dr. Lewis does listen and is clearing hearing everything, then does what an expert should do...translates our ramble into relevant information for him to move forward with. FYI he doesn't rush anything either, he is so precise and detail orientated. Honestly, look at his before/afters on their website. He is just INSANELY talented, without the ego. He is honest and thorough when it comes to setting the right expectations. I have complete trust and confidence with Dr. Lewis as my Dr. Oh and my current temp LOOKS BETTER THAN THE VENEERS I HAD!!! Cristine, treatment consultant is wonderful. She talked me through proposed plan and all the costs in detail. Again, no brushing over here. She is thorough and makes it easy, ensuring I don't have any surprise costs. She made follow up communication easy and is totally on top of it all. The ease and experience as a patient, is also incredible. Even down to the presentation documents/folder with what you need. Again, all of these little nuances and attention to even the smallest details are a HUGE representation of this office and the way they work. It was already clear that every team member here, share the same goals and passion for providing patients with the best possible experience. Elisabeth and Cristine clearly take pride in their roles and you can tell. I also noticed that staff genuinely respect and think highly of each other and ESPECIALLY of Dr. Lewis. I believe I heard that a staff member actually travels from a different state, to specifically continue working with Dr. Lewis and the TCFCD Team. He really is THAT bloody fantastic!!!!
