At the time of purchase I was ensured coverage for the specific event should it ever occur, as that was my main concern of the policy. Having taking my agents word as the truth, and being reassured I was in good hands and professional service I purchased the policy. Cameron group and its underwriter are far from professional. They don't like to return phone calls, or remain in contact once they are called upon for a claim. The took the liberty to inform my client the claim was being denied prior to informing me, absolutely disgusting of them! Upon informing them of my disgust I was hung up on multiple times. The BBB has been notified, as well as future proceedings of small claims court. Just stay away from the Cameron Group. No stars, it makes you pick 1 minimum.

A few weeks after my closing day I started receiving letters and bills from a law-firm. the HOA association got a lawyer involved to collect previous owner debt. I was inform that those bills were transferred to me at closing and that my lawyer had that information from the HOA association. I got in contact with Disanto , explained the situation. He asked me to email him the letters and bills that i received. I did email him right away. After that email I was unable to reach Michael Disanto. He didn't pick up my phone calls or answer his email. I had to pay over 2000 dollars on debt from the previous owner because cityspace/disanto didnt request owner to pay the debt before closing date & pretty much transferred me those bills. I will absolutely not recommend Michael Disanto or cityscape to anyone.
