I immediately retained the law firm of Murray & Damschen (specifically, Darrell Damschen). They faxed a letter of demand to the opposing party. Within twelve (12) hours I was told that I could pick up my deposit. This firm had resolved the issue before there was even time to stress about it. I would certainly call on them again for any property issues. I highly recommend them to anyone for property/housing market issues. They took on all the stress of my situation and gave me a speedy resolution in my favor. There are no guarantees in the law, but this firm is surly the best chance for success whatever your property issues may be. I could not have done it without them. Many thanks to Darrell Damschen and the law firm of Murray & Damschen.

She got back to us timely, She could do part of the work but not all of it. She recommended we get everything done by one lawyer and not split it out. She gave us a recommendation. The consultation and advice was free. I'm giving her 5 stars for her honesty. Some attorneys are like contractors. They give you one price and then "discover something" and hit you with a change order (more billable hours). It is very refreshing that Sharon Weikel has integrity. We are disappointed we can't use her for our updates. We are keeping her card for possible future referrals to friends.

I called Evans Case later to see why the attorney never called - apparently their scheduler simply never put my appointment in the books. The receptionist seemed to deflect blame back to me and questioned if I actually had an appointment and I replied with specific details that seemed to appease her gatekeeper mentality. "We're only human, sir!" Understood, but lack of detail orientation, general sloppiness, and needless finger pointing are not qualities I particularly seek in an attorney. I'm assuming this mistake was tossed aside by those that caused it and the people at Evans Case that might care (the attorneys) would be none the wiser. That's why I'm writing this. Lawyers are easy to find. Paying clients are not. Cheers.
