My complaint about this company is not about their work but the customer service. Well work is very expensive and I don't know about everyone but $2,000+ in work is a lot for our household. When I asked if we could split payment into 2 months was made to feel like I was not wanting to pay my bill. Asked if I could do credit card than and the only take cash/check. Seems ridiculous how they aren't willing to work with you AND then don't even have credit card option for customer convenience. Was told it wasn't their problem but mine. read more

They seemed very knowledgeable, said he would get out to my place as quickly as possible, as he had two other calls before me. He came out, pulled the pump, found holes in the pipe, and the motor was shot. Gave me options , and also his recommendation. It seemed so quick and painless. Very knowledgeable, and very straight forward. It was definitely worth the value for the experience level he seemed to have. Thanks Tim! -Tyler D
