I believe the owner or someone related to the owner was my husband's driver. We had booked a…read morebachelor party to drive from Youngstown to Cleveland. So first of all she was 35 minutes late to pick them up. Then she drove them to one bar and the driver left the entire bachelor party stranded IN CLEVELAND DRUNK! Her excuse for doing it at first was because someone fell asleep and then the excuse turned into someone was sick and puked (in the toilet). We called from multiple phones for an hour and a half and she ignored us. Then Informed my husband that "the contract was breached" and she left. I called and left a voice mail stating if she didn't go get them I was calling the police and she finally answered and said she was at dollar general. It was like 11 pm so no she was not.... she picked them up finally after being stranded for a couple hours and took them back home 3 hours early. Then refused to give any money back. So unless you want your party ruined dont book here. Completely ridiculous and rude owners.

We were lucky we didn't get stuck in Times Square Saturday night with the flat tire, we'd probably still be there! Our driver Al was the BEST! You should see the way he drove in Manhattan with all the traffic and pedestrians. He could maneuver our coach down a one way street between a parked catering truck and a big box truck! They were on time and were able to provide us with a large 55 passenger bus which was great to transfer a lot of people at once. In the world of wedding where anytime you put the word wedding in it the price increases by 3x, Great day was really well priced compared to any other transportation company I spoke with.
